BUYERS BEWARE. This company is SHADY & an absolute SCAM. Like many others who have already reviewed this company, I lost a lot of money on their Robotech SDF-1 Statue. They requested the balance of the purchase price, but never delivered. To this day, I have not received a reply. It is inconceivable that this company is still allowed to trade.
Don't trust this company at all. My big deposit was never refunded for the Robotech statue pre order. Shady Hongkies will get a big nice karma coming your way. Stay away from them.
They scammed their backers on the Robotech Kickstarter. They took backer money but never delivered, never updated the shipping destinations, ignored backer queries and Gamefound suspended their pledge manager in 2023.
Arrogant, petulant attitude towards western customers and reluctant to assist or help in any way. No one should continue supporting a company with this mentality. I find them to be a completely racist company that do not want to help customers outside of China.
I preordered 1:1200 Robotech SDF-1 Macross, Diorama couple of years back. THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE who wants to do business with this scammer. They sent an email for the remaining balance of the product. Waited another year for the product. Nothing. Luckily i was able to get the remaining balance back thanks to my credit card. But I am out of luck with the preorder payment. Let this be a lesson to everyone who wants to do business with these scammers. DON'T.
They have jerked me around for months now on my order. Their email is handled by a bot, with no way I can find to actually talk to a real human being to resolve my issues. Do not do business with this company under any circumstances, you will almost certainly get scammed.
Stay away from this company, close to 0 customer services, the preorder shipping date is 8 months behind yet they refuse to refund, terrible!!
This is sad.
I've ordered a lot of products and many have come with defects. A simple inspection before shipment would have save us all a lot of money, nevertheless, I sent it back.
After a month of going back and forth via email's , they finally email me with a photo.Except, it has a defect.
I clearly point this out to them, they acknowledge it via email with the corrects photo of a working/fixed product.
I now have the 2nd product after a month and a half, except its the same exact defected product that was shown in the email. Jesus!
Now, not only have I spent money of returning the product for THIER mistake, but I have now also pain inport and duty fee's Twice.
Seriously just buy from Amazon, and make sure its not them selling.
