Updating from a prior review, I received my RC plane, and found out that the failure to deliver was entirely my fault. This company did everything they could to assist me in receiving the plane as soon as I did. Certainly 5 stars now

Updated Review – Still No Resolution (6 April)

I originally left a review on 22 March regarding a faulty product. The seller responded saying the issue had been rectified and that replacement parts had been sent.

It is now 6 April, and I still have no working product and no clear resolution. This is completely unacceptable.

This was a purchase my son saved up for over a long period of time, and he was especially looking forward to using it during the school holidays. Instead, he has been left disappointed with a product that failed after just two days and still cannot be used.

For clarity, the issue was not caused by user error or a crash (despite what the seller has suggested). The aircraft was flying normally when the servo controlling the elevator failed mid-flight, causing erratic behaviour. The servo now spins continuously and is clearly faulty.

While the product may work for some, our experience suggests poor reliability and very poor after-sales support.

I would have expected a replacement to be sent promptly, with proper tracking and communication. Instead, we’ve had delays, incorrect information, and no real outcome.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company.

I’m have tried repeatedly to get in contact with Kidstoylover about the P40 Warbird RC we purchased which was faulty and I have had no response in over 10 days.

Please be careful when buying from here. We purchased a plane from then which cost over £100 I received item and it is faulty and don’t work. I contacted them and they are saying I could send back to be checked I then asked them to send me a pre paid postage to send back n they have said no I would have to pay myself which would cost have the price of plane to Australia. No one in their right mind would pay this. It’s not my place to be paying this for an item yous have sent me which is of no use. This has been going on from December now disgusting way to treat a customer and ruin a Christmas present.. I will be warning others about this and sharing on all social media’s

I recently purchased a go go bird eagle. What ever it is saying when I fly it I don't understand because it is all in Chinese. Well one of the things it was saying must have been your battery is low return to base ,because it went down and I almost lost it. I contacted them numerous times and never received and answer
I just want one that speaks English so I can understand what they are saying and avoid losing bird

7 days from order in UK parcel arrived from Australia. well packed with plenty of padding and was exactly what i had ordered.
Never used this company before but if this is anything to go by, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
In my opinion, you can't go wrong. great products at great prices with quick delivery. What more do you want???

Extremely durable and great flying plane, MF A84 army green #24. The camera is extremely clear with real time footage and very easy to set up. The build on this plane is all screws, no glue unless you want to put a little bit on the bombs. We had no issues with them falling out without being glued. I am shocked at how durable this plane is. My son nose dived it and to my surprise, the nose cone and propeller were only scraped up a bit and did not break. He hit the ground so hard that a rock was wedged between the cowl and motor. Popped it out and took off flying again. I slowed the plane down at one point that any other plane would have fell out of the sky. Not this one. My son absolutely loves the inverted fly button. It has the other aerobatic buttons to flip and roll to but he’s good enough to do those. Not so much on inverted flight yet lol:) yes, he crashed it doing that to. More scraps that a little paint couldn’t fix:) We’re new to this hobby but getting better every time we go out with the help of this great company, Kidstoylover. I ordered some extra parts to have on hand just in case we break something. The communication through email was exceptional. They really do care and want to insure your satisfaction. They provided a link for me on a piece I couldn’t find on their website plus emailed me asking questions to insure I received the right part. That’s a rarity now a days and I truly appreciate them for doing that. The packaging was also great. We started with the 400mm war birds. Small and effective but we definitely like the 690mm size. Easier to take off, land and see from a distance. We fly mainly at a dry lake bed. The MF A84 army green number 24 is by far the best plane I have to date. I have just received the P51 and I’m sure it will be flying just as good as the other one. Thank you again Kidstoylover for an exceptionally great product and outstanding customer service:)

Purchased a model airplane. Took a long time to ship as there was a problem with the item during shipping so had to be sent back to the factory. The airplane was then finally delivered 3 weeks later and would not respond to controls. I emailed this company letting them know and they informed me that one of the parts was possibly broken and sent me a replacement part. After installing this part, the airplane would still not respond to controls so I emailed them again saying I am still having trouble with it. They then told me that I had misused the airplane and I would have to pay for any replacement. It has now been about 8 weeks and I still do not have a working airplane. I have been emailing them for the past 2 weeks asking what replacement parts are required but they will not reply to me. This company sells rubbish. I have brought model aircraft of Temu that work better than these and cost 10x less. Do NOT buy from them

I’ve been buying RC planes from these guys over the past year and they deliver quality products and service. I’ve only had one minor issue with an order that was resolved quickly after I emailed them about it. I will continue to do business with them as long as they keep delivering quality products and customer service!

I recently bought the F4U 500mm Corsair and after we crashed it into a tree and it got water damaged, the support was very helpful and I was able to eventually get a new aircraft when we realised it wasn’t able to be fixed.

The plane is very durable and I have crashed it plenty of times without anything breaking, I will definitely buy from this company again

I was a little concerned about the legitimacy of the website and the trust scores were iffy, but in the end I received what I ordered, in one piece, with no surprises. And the price was good!
I can't comment on the customer service as I have not needed them. A little bit of a wait for delivery, but I kind of knew that would happen.
I'm happy with my purchase and I'm sure I'll be back for more.
