Reklamationen werden auf den Händler abgewälzt. Sie schlagen sich dann, z.B. mit der Vertriebsfirma SANITINO mit Sitz in Tschechien herum, von der man dann dann bei Reklamationen (z.B. über fehlendes Montagematerial für ein WC), mit abenteuerlichen Beweisforderungen und Fotos von Verpackungen usw. konfrontiert wird. Geht gar nicht.
