I cant contact driver and customer…

I cant contact driver and customer service. It takes ages to find driver so I sent the email to cancel because I had booked another service. After two second I sent the email, the app said it found me a driver which I no longer needed it.

And now I don't know which method I can reach customer service. ( call- full voicemail, email- no one reply, driver's cell- went to the person who no longer work there)

The job is for tomorrow usually we allocate driver on the day. Your job is for tomorrow late afternoon 3pm. Anyway we don't refund any job booked for the next day . Plus you got angry and left a bad review for no valable reason. So you have two options:
1) carry on with booking 
2) cancellation with no refund

DO NOT USE THEM! HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE experience. They may be good in certain areas but definitely not Hastings. I would never recommend this company to anyone. So a few weeks before our move out date, we actually get an email for another booking letting them know they were cancelling a day before their move. This already had us worried. The day of our booking they messaged the time the van was suppose to be there saying they are stuck at someone else's delivery due to legal issues, and if we are able to reschedule. They were able find someone from somwhere with a truck to 'help' us move. So they arrived, but were told there were no stairs involved with moving and we live on the ground floor. We booked online and we clearly stated 4th floor with no lift. So what they quoted us doubled on the spot. Not only that...THEY BARELY DID ANY OF THE WORK. Our friends were a major help and did 97% of the moving and carrying things up and down, loading and unloading the van. When the mover called the guy who booked them, on the phone stated I was a liar and did give the appropriate details of the move. Absolutely horrendous. Just pay the experts to do the job right.

You made a self-booking. Didn't declare it was 4th floor.

1) You got charge extra for the floors.
It was not a two men job it was for 4 men job . For obvious reason and because you booked only two hours to had to involves friends otherwise the job will run overtime. you still paid 50% less any removal company.

2) On that we had some issue but we managed to send a team with in time slot of your booking.

3) You can only blame yourself I am afraid. We have even paid extra bonus to our drivers £150 to do that job. It was a late night job.
We could have cancelled the job for not declaring stairs but we didn't we still asked our team to carry on to help you out. We lost 150 on your job because we have a good customer service.

Your reviews is not realistic.

Definitely recommend Kiffgo

I was moving house and had to send 30 boxes from London to South of France. The whole process went very nicely. They are reliable ,flexible and professional . I would definitely recommend Kiffgo to anyone who want to move house. Thanks Kiffgo for your amazing service.

Christian was amazing! extremely helpful, efficient and professional. So pleased I found such a wonderful company! These small independent companies are the best! They remember you as a person and not as a enquiry from the website. They are perfect for people like me who need a remover quickly without any hassle.

WOULD NOT USE OR COUNT ON THEM

We chose the moving service.
They changed the driver three times in the app in the weeks leading up to the day we were meant to move.

Then on the morning of our move a guy from Kiffgo started texting me asking me which items I had to move and how many. We had already filled in this info in the app.

When the ‘matched’ driver turned up they said we’d have to share the van with another customer who already had her bags in the van. I wasn’t happy but we had a deadline to keep for moving.

We rang to complain during the journey and they said they would provide a discount so we only had to pay £40 to the driver on top of the £26.20 we had already paid Kiffgo (fair enough). Then another guy rang and started threatening us with debt collectors. Didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise for trying to pass off a ‘moving’ service as a ‘van share’ service. I would not use them again as they are rude, have no customer service and tried to use shock tactics. I’m afraid it doesn’t work on us.

Thanks for the feedback. We are appreaciate it and that will help us improve.

It is true that we didn't clearly mentionned it is a shared van on the app. There was couple of boxes in the van, the main reason for that the 1st job went overtime and your stuff was going the same way and we wanted to avoid delays. Shared vans are great it's directly helps to reduce pollution caused by having more vans on the road .
However, we have offered you to dispatch another van in 15min but you DID NOT accept the offer. You were OK to go with the shared van.

On your initial booking, you were meant to pay an hourly rate, when you and your partner have called our customer service, we have offered you a fixed rate instead £90.20 (no overtime charges) and we have call recording to prove it.
It took an hour for our driver just to unload the van with your goods, It tells how difficult is the job .
The estimated drive time is 2 hours. In total, the job took over 3 hours. You have a paid ridiculous amount of £64 for the whole job instead of £90.20. You have obviously self claimed a discount that was never given to you by the customer service. You lied to our driver and refused to pay him £64, you have paid instead £40.

Even a Uber will charge more than that for the same trip and Uber drivers don't provide any extra labour for loading and unloading.
You have self-claimed a discount and didn't fairly pay our driver.

We will obviously take legal actions and send debt collectors as we support our drivers againt bad payers. Keep they in mind they are self-employed and have families to support. Please call our customer service and pay £24.

End of the day, your job was done in reasonable conditions and you paid us peanuts.
Therefore, this review is baised by a customer that was looking any excuses to get any extra discount while we have offred a fixed price.
We obviously don't want bad payers and liars as customers. We will not process any bookings for you.
This sort of problems reveals companies should publish reviews on bad customers.

Really happy with George who came today…

Really happy with George who came today and helped load and move 50 boxes of tiles which needed to be returned to a supplier. Very competitive quote and Berny who booked the job for us was extremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY! Driver damaged my solid oak table as he did not secure any of my items during transit. When it reached the second destination all my items were chucked around the back of the van. I called Kiffgo to report it and they are calling me a liar and refusing to do anything about it. Please please be warned. They probably don’t even have insurance. Absolute joke!

We are sincerely sorry for what happened. You have called us on this and we have dealt with this matter. And here is what we have found:

There are couple areas we need to point out to establish a fair view on this situation.
1) You have not packaged any items to protect them
2) Lots of your friends and family have been unloading the items, they could have damaged it
3) The van was fully packed. You didn't choose the right van size, we had to stack unpackaged items.
4) You did not call us on the day to declare any damage. More than 24 hours have passed before you inform us. You have just sent a picture a few days after.

Therefore, there is no evidence that the item has been damaged in the van or by our driver.

Mohammed was very helpful and easy going guy! He came earlier than he suppose to and he made my moving out fun and less stressful. I would defineyely recomend to all my friends!

The best for moves van

The best. We had Yassine as our driver and he was very helpful. Excellent service. Availability is superb and the rates are fair. The van is in good quality condition and the driver was well presented professional. Got everything done on time.
Would highly recommend using Kiffgo convenient, quick and efficient.
Customer service was very helpful no long wait on the call or long mulitple options to select. Just very polite, simple and on point.
I am definitely going to keep this app.

Absolute stars!

Excellent service. Booked for a house move at a very short notice due to am emergency. They are life savers and both driver and helper were very friendly, helpful and kind, absolute stars! Efficient and very good work. Will definitely use again!

Customer service by Kiffgo was good when I had to call up to ammend details.

The driver was friendly and really helpful.

Obviously the main reason is price, and they are really the best!
