Their service is about as high quality as it gets, with a great selection of model kits, they also sent a small paper slip with a smiley face on it and i think that's neat.

2nd time ordering from Kikatek, fast delivery and no issues with the order, even had a nice note and a lollypop from them which was lovely. No reason to contact them but I feel with the way the emails are structured they are a lovely bunch of people trying to provide the best possible service.

Wasn't sure about ordering from them cause am not into manga and didn't heard about Kikatek before but, they shipped my order so quickly, received it really quickly and very well packed. Items arrived as if I bought them in a shop, with not a single crack in their box. Am so happy with their service and will definitely use them again if I need to buy another figure
