After many programs i have tried , i finally tried killerping. The support from killerping was very co-operative that i have asked them a trial account for 1 day but they gave me a trial for 3 days.However, i have faced some issues with the connection and Mateen was there to help me set up thr program and find thr best ping possible for Dead by Daylight.i highly recommend killerping for dead by daylight.

50% of the time it makes PUBG fail to connect to the lobby, 25% of the time it makes lag worse, and 25% of the time it does nothing.

I've sent a email request for a refund because I wasn't at all contented with their services. They promised that they would lower my ping for around 30% which made me feel like it wasn't enough for me at first, but bought it anyway. Then I saw that it only "improved" my ping by 14% and it was just the same ping as before I ran the Killping app. After requesting for a feedback, I was asked to wait for 48 hours for their reply. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now and still nothing. Their policy is that I should send them an email before 15 days so I could get a refund, but now that 15 days is over, I won't be able to get a refund anymore. A bad review is what you deserve, Killping. I hope this review would give light to any potential victims in the future.

this company is so bad and when i tired to submit a request for a refund they told me i will get my money back in 3 days and they didnt its been 2 weeks now and after 15 days they wont give you refund so apparently this is a scam.

When I had to cancel due to money issues, I had an error occur that caused the cancellation request to not go through. The guys at support were awesome and helped me to cancel my sub and even refunded the amount that I had paid for since I had left it too long.

My name is qaiser and i am from PAKISTAN. Month back i used the triel for kill ping and it didn't work for me. I get in touch with their customers support and they told me of their plans for new servers in my region. A few month back i recived an email from them that their servers r up and running in my region. At that time i was trying wtfast but for some reason it was not working for me (i was unable to play or connect to servers while their software is active.) I wanted it for Overwatch and Fortnight. Its been 10 days since and wtfast support still unable to resolve my issue and their reply took very long time. So i emailed killping to give me another triel so i can test their services again. In couple of hours i recived an email from them stating they give me 3 days triel and is activated against my account. So i played Overwatch and Fortnite without any problems. Overwatch ping was reduced to 133 from 225 while i connect from Singapore, Singapore server in kill ping and played in Amrica region in Overwatch. Overwatch Europe server improve from 197 ping to 175. In Fortnite my ping actually improved a lot. Before it jumps between 270 to 350. Now with kill ping its between 144 and 180 on default automatic server in kill ping and europe in Fortnite. And i am sure more research in custom server can improve more ping for me. Meanwhile i was testing outfox (a new gpn) too. But kill ping subscription fee is currently $1.66 monthly (best deal for 2 years). So killping was an easy pick for me at the one time price of $39.99 for 2 years subscription

KillPing causing disconnects for FF:XIV
I've tried the free trials for about 5 different game tunneling vpn services.
They all reduced the ping by about the same, the only real differences were price and the User Interface of the programs.
But for some reason while using KillPing I was disconnecting every hour or two from the game, which has never happened before.....

I was super satisfied with the customer service I received and my product. I had a few questions and customer service always responded to my e-mails right away. I'll be ordering again! 10/10 do recommend.

The service really works for some connections. It helped me a lot in PUBG making the game more fair (I used to get killed only because of high ping), it also helped me loot a lot faster. I recommend this service and the most important thing is that you have nothing to lose anyway. One can try the 3 day free trial. Or even if you buy it and see that it doesn't work well, they check it themslves and fill a full refund instantly. That was my experience. I highly recommend this service to anyone who has ping issues (to atleast give it a try, because you don't risk anything in the process)

The service is really great. I had no better ping / latency and the customer support tried everything to help me. In the end it seems my own ISP was good enough, so they could not offer me a better connection.

I put 5 star . Such a Great application to reduce your ping. I live in australia and I wan't to play SEa servers without kill ping I have 300ping with kill ping 150 ms not bad no delay no lag and they have a good support customer service once they read your message they will fix it around 10-20mins . Thankyou very much,KILL PING is awesome! when I first heard of this I didn't think it was possible or such a download existed! we had it aprooved by the developers of the game I play, and the news of this has swept through the gaming community like wild fire.
As the minority group we were before unable to compete evenly in most of the first person shooter matches due slow ping response , but that's all changed now!
If your a true gamer and you realise seconds or even fractions of a second count, you have to down loads this!

Good service after some problems with sending it to my country. And the mousepad was really nice quality and my son was happy with it.

So the Shipping to germany took a while, but that is not their fault, its because of China post :D. But Honestly, the site is trustfull and i would recommend the site to all users who want to get cheap things. The Support is the fastest I've ever seen on a site, they respond very fast and they are still nice to you and helpfull at any time. I ordered my mousepad and it is in good quality and very good for my mouse.

Just wanted to leave a review for such a good service, even tho it may not of helped me so much but I can see how it can help someone with laggy ping and it does work. The support is very good and fast to respond and also very kind just what you want from a provider of a server, and yes I would recommend to try this if you don't get the results you need they are always happy to refund so worth a shot :)
