Excellent service

Excellent service. Logs burn well due to their less than 20% moisture. Very reasonable pricing for such quality logs. Will be ordering again soon.

Should be called kiln dried kindling

Purchased 20 bags of 'Premium Quality Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs' and have been disappointed to find that each bag contains at least 50% of what is effectively kindling. These smaller pieces burn through quite quickly, as you would expect. I contacted the owner to say I was unhappy that the "logs" I purchased were almost all small pieces and was told that a) his customers like it that way b) the wood was burning quickly because it's below 20% moisture. I said I was expecting logs because that's what he is advertising and he hung up on me.
