Just received my kilt and it's beyond my expectations, A1 quality, it arrived fast and the customer service was excellent. Based on my experiance I would highly reccomend Kilts 4 Less with no reservations .
Unreal prices
If you are ordering from this company do not expect a response, but rest assured the products will arrive. I understand they are a very small family business. The quality of the product is excellent given the pricing and am shocked I was able to get a new kilt for less than 100 quid, it felt too good to be true.
What I would say is if you need it quick this probably isnt the company for you but if you have sufficient time its worth the wait. The prices are crazy but if I can give some feedback it would be great if they were more responsive and you could get through on the phone or if someone responded to emails, but once again at those prices its hard to grumble which is why Ive given 5 stars.
Avoid!
Ordered an ex hire jacket and waistcoat from this company A because it was in stock B because it said 48hr delivery and C as they're Scottish.
After 6 days of hearing nothing I started emailing. Several emails and phone messages were ignored before on day 11 I got an apologetic reply as the items were not in stock and they had no idea when they would be ! That being despite still being advertised as in stock.
A refund was quickly agreed although no effort made to seek or offer an alternative.
They boast 100% customer satisfaction but I'd question that.

Different company getting good reviews
It would appear that favourable reviews are for a completely different company “kilt4less” no “s” after kilt. I ordered from kilts4less after a quick look at Trustpilot, only first couple of reviews. Having not heard anything after a few days for items listed on their (very good) website as in stock I tried calling - straight to voicemail, I have emailed, do not expect to receive a response. On checking the phone area code it is in Elgin, the company address is Greenock, looked at address on Google earth, it is a row of industrial units, but does not show any hint of kilts4less. The favourable reviews are totally misleading and appear to be for a reputable company with an extremely close company name. Avoid at all cost
Update, I eventually got a response and delivery, albeit a few weeks after I would reasonably have expected, so I will retract to a point my review. I’m sorry if the company had a family issue, possibly a message on the answerphone would have allayed my fears. Quality of received goods is good and the price excellent so if the customer contact was improved I would certainly use again

Had issues but resolved in the end
Paid for 7 day fastrack all items showed as in Stock got a confirmation email and nothing else no response from phone no response from either of the email addresses for the company and no response from their online form no it’s too late to get my order from anywhere else 2 weeks after order and still no idea if I’ll be dressed for my wedding!
Update :
They did get in contact with me and apparently they had had some kind of emergency I did receive my kilt in the end and it was perfect the jacket I received did not fit and due to the delay I did not have time to have it altered in fairness they were very good about accepting an return and processing refunds for the jacket and the fastrack charges . While I may not have had the best experience my self taking into account there circumstances they did the best they could more communication would have been preferred but they appear to be a small business

Avoid at all costs!
Cheap products yes, but terrible customer service.
Placed an order on the 4th of October (writing this on the 21st of October) not had any dispatch notification. Iv emailed many times, contacted them on Facebook, instagram and WhatsApp, again no answer at all, left multiple messages on the phone line they don’t answer and still nothing. Going to have to do a charge back from my credit card company because the event is in less than a week and I now have to buy everything else where. Absolute joke of a company, my advice is to spend a bit more and go somewhere you actually get the stuff you pay for.

Great service all round. Ordered Sunday night - called monday just to confirm my items were in stock as it wasn't too clear on the website. Most of my items were in stock, kilt wasn't available but it was pointed out that the sizes i requested were uncommon - turns out i hadn't measured myself correctly. So we corrected that and a similar alternative was agreed - all arrived the next day. Looks great, could swear it was brand new and not ex-hire. Very happy, thanks!

don’t care about their loyal customers
Loyal customer - don’t buy from them
Ive purchased from them at least 10 times maybe more. I would say I am a solid customer.
I bought an order and the annoying this is that has to always be over 350. They had this 15% off right after I purchased. I contacted them and said I didn’t see the message instead of just giving me 15% off why not just give me some extra product to make up for it.
Keep in mind this is 10 mins after I made the order. A good company would have said, “ for a loyal customer like you, of course I that woukd be no problem”.
They could easily put in anything worth 20 bucks, which to them is like 5 bucks and made a loyal customer happy.
Instead they said “no we can’t do that. “. And I responded, “wow, I’m a loyal customer for over a year with over 10
Orders and you are going to just lose me over 10 dollars.”
The fact that they wouldn’t give me the discount wasn’t the issue. They could have said “on your next order we will give you the 15% off”. Or just throw in a few products to make up for it
But to say no and when I said, “
You’re going to lose a customer”.
Their response - nothing. Not even im sorry let’s give you credit. It wasn’t like I was coming back the next day. I was messaging them 10 mins after the order.
So they lost a customer over that. And not even responding when I said I was very unhappy, showed they didn’t really give a care in the world.
They have this person who responds politely but in reality it’s just a person who doesn’t care about keeping customers, which shows the business doesn’t either. 350 per order is crap.
So many other places to go and to treated like this, well this is how a business goes under
Stay away. Products aren’t as good as they are hyped up to be. The 350 min wil get you Everytime and ordering shit you don’t need

I have seldom seen such assistance from a company where nothing is too much trouble.
I live about 300 miles away from Kilts4less so everything was done by post. Sizes obviously differ by supplier so I had to have several attempts before I was correctly suited and booted!
Kieron was an absolute star and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends or work colleagues who were in the market for Scottish attire. I was after an ex hire outfit, but the quality was such that it really was impossible to tell the ex hire Jackets and kilts from new ones. 5 star review.
Fantastic Ex Hire Kilt and Jacket Order
I ordered a 36" waist ex hire kilt, flashes, jacket and waistcoat. Got a call from Kieran about 4days after putting in my order to say the kilt wasn't available in my size, had a really good chat and ordered a 34". just arrived today, 3 working days later. Kilt is perfect and the jacket an excellent fit. All garments in pristine condition and look the bees. Some of the best customer service I've come across. A fantastic company with great affordable products, could not recommend highly enough.

I have had the pleasure of speaking to Kieron on 3 occasions. First when I initially ordered the kilt and accessory package. Second when I called a few days later to confirm the delivery address as I was concerned I had gave the wrong address and finally when I needed to adjust the waist size as I have lost weight. Yippee. Which of course Kieron being a true gentleman congratulated me on my weight loss. My partner soon to be wife also thinks he has a great telephone voice. Was a bit jealous for a second or two lol. Kieron has been professional, patient and informative on each call. Has kept me up to date with my order and most important of all made this new experience of buying a kilt and accessories an absolute pleasure. I hope on day the company will have a physical shop so I can visit meet Kieron, shake the mans hand and let my soon to be wife swoon over his voice

I ordered the wrong size. Seems I'm not as fat as I feared. The kilt was replaced promptly and with no fuss at all. Molly could not have been more helpful. The kilt is first class and excellent value for money.

Told at order it would be 2 weeks. 3 weeks still not dispatched. Wedding in 4 days and they say it will dispatch by 24 hour courier. Never answer the phone and took 2 weeks to respond to my emails.
Amazing service, quality items…
I ordered a full ex hire outfit with standard delivery, royal mail delivered within 4 days of ordering, I had picked the wrong size jacket and so emailed to ask about exchange policy, within minutes I received an email back from Molly, who was extremely helpful, she checked stock for the size I needed and sent out same day with returns label in box for me to return the original jacket.
Superb customer service, and the entire outfit at a very good price and all items were as new.

Awful company. Never repsond to emails or answer machine messages(getting anyone to ever answer the phone is impossible)
Was told my kilt would be dispatched the next day.....3 weeks later and still no kilt.
They may have good prices....but that's pointless if you never receive your order. Customer service is non existent with this lot. Avoid.

Brilliant service and excellent value for money. Next day delivery amazing given shop location near Inverness and delivery to Essex- and a large box.
Kilt was better quality than expected and despite being an ex hire, very little sign of use in buckles.
Would definitely recommend.
Disgracefully customer service
This company is an absolute shambles, I have had nothing by lies from Louisa, the MD for the last week about when I was going to receive my goods. They have now sent an email saying they have refunded my money because I swore at them, which is a total lie.
Try doing your job properly rather than lying to the customer, this order was obviously never sent to the tailors!!!
Lack of communication stressful
Ordered a full kilt set for son’s wedding on 10 June 24, 6 weeks later after no contact we gave a call for a progress update only to find the company they’d outsourced the order to hadn’t made it. Was assured we would get it and they’d start making it that evening. Again no contact so a few weeks later tried calling, no answer, eventually got a call back to say it would be done and we’d receive it by the end of the following week however they didn’t have enough fabric for the kilt and would I accept a 5 yard instead of the 8 yard, I said no so they said they had a ready made one in stock that they would alter to my measurements, which I accepted as I just needed the outfit. Friday the following week came and still no contact or confirmation that the kilt was complete or on the way (son’s wedding now less than a week away). No answer on phone so we Facebook messaged and contact form on website completed, got a call back to say order would be dispatched that day. Happy to say it was and we received it Saturday morning 24th August, very happy with the quality and the sizing was perfect, just a shame that the process wasn’t stress free.
A bit of communication would have gone a long way, and perhaps an assurance that if the kilt wasn’t ready a hire outfit could have been provided so I had something to wear, I felt that there was no apology or urgency for the dilemma, such a shame as I can’t fault the quality.
I really can’t give higher than a 2 star review due to the unnecessary stress, as much as I’d like to because the quality is great, but sadly wasn’t the 100% customer satisfaction as described on the website.
