False promises and terrible service

We took our van to Kimberley Garage for MOT in November. Failed due to ABS module and some minor necessary bodywork repairs.
We were guaranteed this would be completed by December 30 due to timescale of part delivery and the work carried out. The part didn't arrive for two months, the garage didn't do anything productive to speed this up and at one point said their supplier "didn't like to be chased".
After being promised & guaranteed that a new ABS module would fix the ABS issue, when the part finally arrived nothing has been fixed, the van has been returned to us not working, having spent a fortune on hire vehicles. The bodywork repairs have been carried out using only Duct Tape!
If we weren't promised a positive result over and over again, we never would have gone through with the work. They have treated us terribly & provided shocking communication, been negligent and incompetent throughout. It turns out it was a serious misjudgement on our part using this garage, would recommend avoiding at all costs.
