I love the products and site. Hate the shipping and product costs
I love the products and how it allows us to design our products. I love how the site can connect to my shopify website for orders to automatically show up to be processed. However I dislike the xost of the merchandise. I think they are a bit much but are workable. also shipping fees. Its a bit much $6.99 per item depending on if you get it economy premium or express. I think they should considered making the shipping fee cheaper and not on each piece that is ordered. Also the time it takes to go into production and then shipping it long sometimes.

Love this site, the options, the QUALITY of EVERYTHING - both clothing fit and feel and printing/image when going from design to actual item.
ONLY CHANGE that I feel would be helpful is a better way to sort your store page. As of now you just have to flip through each page individually. Having a way to sort by design or some other way would be helpful.

Site Needs Updating
1) It would be nice to have a biz account/card saved and/or on file so we don't have to input the billing address and card number for EACH AND EVERY ORDER it's time consuming and annoying.
2) Bring back the option of having both Men's & Women's Sizes for Sneakers available under one single profile/product posting. it's unnecessary to have TWO separate listings on our websites/stores for the SAME product. It looks messy and is confusing for our customers. So now we ONLY offer Women's styles because we want our store to look clean & streamlined.
3) Please provide an option for Store Owners to edit the Order Submitted and the Order has been Shipped emails that are automatically sent to customers. Currently they do not provide enough info and do not contain our store's Logo or Contact information. Our Customers are confused by the emails and they think it is SPAM.
4) Add a Live Chat option to your Customer Service. Waiting 1 or 2 business days between each and every response is too long for an answer to a question.

I honestly am so excited that i found out about this site. I started designing and in literally a couple hours i had gotten two purchases on my first day ! obviously with the help of me advertising it to my snapchat and Instagram stories. I love the fact you can see your clothes designs on models.

Great quality products!
I love the quality of products that Kin custom creates and the wide variety of items! The editor is great for creating the products. The only thing I'd love to see added would be a way to order straight from the site vs. upload an Excel/CSV spreadsheet. Although, I imagine that would be a much better way to do it for people who have large volumes of orders. I'm still new and only get a few orders a month.

Kin Custom shipping issue
I unfortunately just had a similar issue with my first customer. I thought products were being shipped from Kin Custom in Ohio where they're located. Maybe I missed this information on their website when I created my account about products being made and shipped from China. The first order I received from a customer for one of my products now feels she was scammed and gave me a bad review because of this. As mentioned above the final product WAS NOT shipped from Ohio it went to my customer directly from China. Unfortunately, this is a big issue and will probably force me to discontinue working with Kin Custom and find another company to partner with.
