I ordered a product for $90 November 2025 and waited for 2 months for it to be delivered When the tracking number told me my product was delivered it most certainly was not to my house! And the guy named Padma who I had been emailing with told me I had to track it down myself! But with no company name that was not possible so I asked him to track it or give me a refund. This has been going back and forth for over 5 months now as he only answers my email every week or two. He finally said he would issue me a refund and when I went to answer the email his no longer worked! Also my bank account was used for fraud but my bank caught it and I am pretty sure that it was this company...they are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I hope I saved someone else from getting ripped off by writting this review.

Same as the others, no invoice except a confirmation, some back and forth e-mail with padme, tracking went as far as 24 updates from china to canada to local etc..etc. then Packaged delivered update and just nothing, a very elaborate scheme, thank goodness i canceled my CC after the purchase because got scared, they probably sent an empty envelope with no name and just a basic adresseso it would go through making us wait and maybe use our CC for other things, don't try contacting XYLship or any other carrier, they exist but don't give a shit about that.

Scam. Thank goodness i tested with a small order before placing a bigger one. Now going through my bank to get my money back.

SCAM, Made purchase, no invoice or receipt, email from another entity confirming charge abey at emservicet.com, cc transaction yet another name, bogus tracking received after several demands, never received items.
