We’d like to remind you that we do not know the contents of the packages in advance: they arrive sealed from our logistics partners and are resold as they are, without any selection or sorting on our part.
As these are lost parcels from international e-commerce, the contents can vary a lot and may include products of different quality levels.
A waste of time and money
A waste of time and money. I paid €25 in Cork for two boxed packages. One was a shower hose with head and the other was a plug in soap dispenser. Now who has a plug by their sink to plug in a soap dispenser?? Bonkers!!. From feeling of the other packages there is nothing of any real value to be found within. Save your money for some euro millions tickets instead.

We understand it can be disappointing when the contents aren’t what you were hoping for. The concept is precisely to open a package without knowing what’s inside, that’s the whole idea behind it.
The parcels aren’t opened or sorted beforehand, so the contents can vary a lot from one to another.

Terrible waste of money
Terrible waste of money. I’ve done mystery boxes before but at least could choose since and gender for clothing. Paid €50, and got a parcel of cheap badly sewn women’s clothing that cannot be worn, sold or given to charity for the poor quality. For clothes it should be sorted in someway as the whole package was a waste of money and I felt pretty scammed by it and also felt sorry for the long line of people queuing to also waste their money. It’s a fad that people will only try once as 99% of the time it ends in disappointment

We understand your frustration. However, if parcels were sorted by type, size or gender, it would mean knowing what’s inside beforehand, which goes against the whole concept.
The idea is to discover the contents only after opening. If you’re looking for specific items or sizes, a traditional clothing store would likely be more suitable.
Absolute scam
Didn't received what was supposed to be on the package (electronics etc was Temu things instead.
Requested reimbursement, they accepted it's been a week tomorrow, didn't get my refund of 320€ so far.

We’d like to clarify a few points. The parcels sold are unclaimed packages, grouped and resold without being opened or checked beforehand. This means there is no guarantee regarding the type of items inside (such as electronics) or their value.
Regarding refunds: for online purchases, a return is only possible if the parcel is unopened. Once opened, refunds are not applicable due to the nature of the product.
If your request falls within these conditions, our team will process it as soon as possible. Otherwise, it may not be eligible.

King Colis is definitely a good business for them — not for customers.
It looks exciting from the outside, but it’s basically overpriced returned or unwanted items in “premium” packaging. These items are packed by the company, and they know exactly what’s inside.
I queued for over 40 minutes and got just 3 packages. I spent over €50 and got random items like an auto air purification heater fan (Amazon price foe brand new €10, an oil catch can (Amazon price for new €23), and a travel tech organiser (Amazon price for new €13) — things I would never buy, and definitely not at these prices. At €2.99 per 100g, it’s extremely expensive for what you actually get.
Don’t be fooled by the hype or the good comments. It’s not fun — it’s disappointing.

However, we’d like to clarify that parcels are not opened or known in advance. They come from undelivered logistics flows, are grouped and repackaged, but their exact contents remain unknown before sale.
Pricing is based on weight only, not on the estimated value of the items inside, which can vary significantly from one package to another.
The concept is precisely to discover what’s inside after opening, which means the experience can differ from one person to another.
DO NOT TOUCH UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN!
Bought 1 x standard 3kg box and a premium 3kg box(160 euros). Really disappointed, we got 3 cheap phone cases, 2 laptop chargers, 1 cheap lamp, 2 toilet cleaners (!), 1 sink filter, 1 pair of compression socks, 1 cheap sunset lamp, 1 battery alarm clock (that had been opened and looked at), 1 pair of Googles, 1 battery charger (know not what this is for), 1 water bottle and a cheap coat made in China (that stank). DO NOT BOTHER, WE HAVE HAD OUR FINGERS BURNT THISTIME. Oh, and by the way, nothing had any signs of being in an Amazon parcel
