My Chromebook refused to boot up and appeared to be completely dead. The first repair shop I phoned said Chromebooks are almost impossible to repair, and couldn't help. I saw Kingfisher Computers online and phoned. Within an hour Darren phoned me and within a further 5 minutes he had it up and running perfectly. No charge, just a goodwill repair he said, during Covid-19 lockdown. Great guy and great experience.

Used Kingfisher and found their service outstanding. Why
You ask? Well, It’s not often you come across a company that are this honest and tell you the real situation.

This was the case here, instead of trying to charge me a good few hundred pounds to repair my device, they advised I sell it for spares and repairs and then purchase a working machine, stating it would cost me less.

They didn’t make any money at all by doing that.

So here it is, an honest customer service first company, that I highly rate and recommend.

If you are searching for any help with any gizmo gadget there is a man who has more patience than Dr Spock. i had so much help from him today. Astounding service.

Excellent service! My old, tired and very slow laptop now has a new lease of life thanks to the expertise and efficiency of the friendly, helpful staff at Kingfisher. They fitted a solid state drive and more RAM and now it's turbo-charged. What a difference. Darren also sorted a problem with a virus scam on my i-phone with one quick phone call and clear instructions.
