apart from one kit described as a tornado gr.4 which turned out to be a gr.1 in a gr.4 box,

i can wholeheartily recommend Kingkit great hard to scource kits at fantastic prices and quick postage

I use Kingkit whenever I'm wanting a few new models. They are the cheapest around offering new and used models. The used models are just like new to be honest. Great service, fast delivery and they've never let me down.

Lovely customer service on the phone,easy checkout online, delivery could not have been faster. Items arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, absolutely buzzing to get started on my VE Day kit.

I bought a ‘pre owned 1/350 Tamiya Bismarck kit and only for the seal being broken (opened) on the box, the kit was basically brand new. It turned out to be a bargain at the price it was sold.
Shipping was extremely fast. I paid for the 24 hr delivery service (£9.50) and the item arrived the next day.
In all, excellent quality item, with great dispatch/delivery service.

First time purchasing from KingKit was fine. The second time I purchased a kit the box was badly crushed (the outer packing box was fine so had been packed like that). Received a replacement quickly so was happy with the service at that point. The third time I purchased a kit apparently the order system hadn't communicated with the payment system so my order, although paid for, wasn't processed. On chasing it up I was advised that the kit had been sold to another customer and they didn't have another available. Just feels like a struggle purchasing from them.

The professional service I received from start to end of the sale of my beloved model aircraft stash to Kingkit was outstanding.

Great communication throughout from Byron and a very acceptable offer led to a smooth transaction.

I have been buying kits from KingKit for nearly 30 years now. They have always been exceptional in terms of speed of service and "back in the day" when you rang up and asked if they had what you wanted they were very helpful.
I have never in all the time dealing with them had a single problem. Great supplier

Was looking for an specific vintage model kit, and, after searching for a bit, found it for a great price here compared to the few other options available. The shipping was slightly expensive, as it had to be sent to Spain, but the service was great and it arrived quickly and in great condition. I definetly would buy again, and keep the store in mind when looking for more rare vintage models

Bought a few kits from Kingkit and always pleasantly suprised by just how good they are, by that I mean quality of the kits and the customer service which I've only had to use recently. The kit had one part missing but of course it was an important and visible piece. I emailed Kingkit expecting to have to return the kit. Byron emailed me back within an hour apologising and had located the part in their spares (guessing) it was posted to me along with the 2nd part of it just incase I'd indicated the wrong halve. Perfect.
The measure of a company is often how well it deals with problems is a quote that springs to mind. Kingkit are spot on!

The thing is this version of the kit is quite rare and I was gutted at the thought of returning it but the part just too complex to scratchbuild and no template to cast it as other half different enough not to be viable.

I'd thoroughly reccomend Kingkit and will keep buying from them. And thank you Byron.

Have used Kingkit half a dozen times this year. I find their website easy to navigate. Their prices are fair and, on occasion, they offer real bargains. Orders are always well packaged and promptly despatched; they even use old modelling and military magazines in the packaging; bonus read!!

I ordered two pre-owned model kits from Kingkit on September 4th, not being sure of the quality of the kits I would receive as it was the first time I purchased anything from them. The package arrived five days later, and I don't live in the UK, so that was fast... EVERYTHING WAS IN TOP-NOTCH CONDITION! They really do a good job. I'm impressed with their service and I believe any good business out there should be praised. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, KINGKIT STAFF!

Started using king kit this year.3 largish orders so far. Approx 60 items, very happy, have had two kits with parts missing. Quick email to king kit about. Missing parts . resolved within 3 days, missing parts replaced. Will be placing many more orders.

I have just received the Eduard f104c" The Zipper" in 1/48 scale. The kit is basically fantastic and reasonably priced. The kit arrived very quickly, well packaged and in mint condition. Postal costs were also very reasonable. This is the first time i have used Kingkit and I am truly impressed

If you are looking for a kit then Kingkit will most likely have it new or used. Used kits are good quality as they are checked so a bit cheaper than full price new ones this means you can build more and get great service and delivery. Prompt service Kingkit are excellent.

I am a regular kingkit user and I love the selection of models that they have. Very fast delivery and great customer service the reason I am not giving this a five star review is because the wrong model arrived but I sent it back and in only 5 days the correct one arrived good store overall, might recommend to friends.
