Kingsbarntrees 

I ordered 3 Eucalyptus trees from Kings Barn Trees online in autumn 2022. Communication was OK, my order was acknowledged and the trees duly arrived, looking as if fairly freshly planted into large pots. Unfortunately the harsh winter killed the trees, despite us protecting them with staked tree tubes and watering when it was dry in February. I contacted Kings Barn Trees who explained that the harsh weather had damaged much of their stock, but they offered to replace the trees as soon as they knew they had some that had come through. True to their word they got back in touch and on payment of just a delivery charge they are sending out new trees. I am pleased with their customer service and look forward to replanting.
