We bought a mirror and couple of lights from this so called 40 years of running the business guy. When we were ordering lights, we asked him that if we could check them, he replied that's not possible as they are connected. Anyway our order was supposed to be delivered which it did in the box.
When we opened the box after delivery one of the light was damaged and broken, so 1st we rang him as they are small business, over the phone he agreed to bring the light and he will look into it. Afterwards we took the light to the shop to get exchange or something. So when he saw he was trying to accuse our electrician broke it and then when he saw that he is not making sense he started to be rude and started shouting. Very Very rude guy and has no manners.
My advise to all that please stay away from this fraud.

The worst business for splashback and frames. The son Burhan calls himself Jazz is full of talk will come to you acting like he can do everything. Once they take deposit you will be lucky to get the work completed. These people are Money hungry. Make up prices on the spot.
Took 3 months to fit a splashback which is the wrong colour he chose himself without confirming with me. Also measured it the wrong size. Splashback scratched in many places. When contacted they ignore you once they have the money. So many professional splashback companies available go to them avoid this business. 30 years experience is a lie son just trying to take his dad's business over.
Said can make mirror frames see the pictures of what I had to take back after 3 months and still charged me £1,000 demanding full payment before fitting because they know their work is rubbish. Lie to your face about using expencive material like I was born yesterday. Cheap plastic frames. Everything you get from this shop you can get online they are just in the middle making things long and difficult

I went for a print to be framed. Upon closer inspection, the print has not been centred properly at all and honestly, I may as well have paid for a John Lewis frame and done it myself - at least then it would have been easier to rectify how wonky the placement is!

I am going to have to go elsewhere to get this dismantled and completely remounted, as it was not presented either carefully or as requested - the mount is concealing the top and bottom of the print and clearly hasn’t been cut to the spec of the image accurately.

They may be great with lighting and mirrors, but I would not recommend for framing services.

Called company a week ago, someone came to measure up the same week and they have just put the mirrored glass on half wall in my lounge, looking lovely. Very efficient and quick would recommend. Sonia

We purchased 7 full length mirrors for our home gym and we couldn’t be happier with them.
The 2 men who fitted them were friendly and very professional as well as quick and efficient.
We are so pleased that we are going to order some more for our garden!

Avoid! I payed for three mirrors to be cut and installed in the bathroom. They installed them but at an angle, not straight. Shoddy workmanship. They then refused to rectify and even after I offered to pay for new mirrors to be cut they demanded I pay again for installation.

I wouldn't use this company again. Had 5 gym mirrors made (where one of the panels was a different size - but I could live with that) and for an additional charge of £25 per panel they would install them also. Thought great they would obviously do a professional job. The installation this cost me £125. However, 2 out of 5 panels did not have adequate adhesive put on and so weren't transfixed onto wall securely. It wasn't noticeable as they had put tape in between the panels once installed onto wall. I wasnt happy but ok leave it. The middle panel chafed against one of the panels next to it and caused an internal crack in the glass. I contacted them and corresponded via email to a lovely lady called Huma. I sent her the pictures and requested perhaps the installers could come out and inspect, however that didn't happen. It was further explained to me that the perhaps it was me who caused the crack as it tends to happen at gyms?! Huma did offer me solutions such as lead stripe (which doesn't work) or simply and carefully breaking that glass mirror panel and having a new one installed at a charge. To that effect she said if interested then to get in contact and they would send me an invoice for work to proceed!!! So I have been asked for more money to replace a mirror glass panel cracked due to poor installation that I paid £125 for. The cheek! Me and my dad should have put the mirrors up ourselves. I've given a 2 star rating as huma was polite and the installers did give some good advice when installing but that's it. Perhaps they can do good things with mirrors and lighting. If any one needs mirrors for gyms, I would avoid this company.

Found this company online after needing some mirrors for a gym. They came out and messured all the walls and gave me a quote. Came and fitting days later. Very professional and well priced.
