Scamming on Expedited Shipping
This retailer is horrible at filling orders. I’ve ordered from them twice. The first time it took almost four months to get all of the items I ordered. By the time I e I received long sleeve shirts for winter, it was spring and too warm for my husband to wear them. On my second order, I paid $35 for their “super fast” delivery. Three days later and they haven’t even finished processing the order and now they’ve told me delivery will take 2-3 business days even though their website shows that “super fast” is 1-2 business days. Absolutely the worst website to shop.

I placed an order Feb 7; the order did not arrive. After ten days I looked at the "tracking information" and it said the estimated delivery date of Feb 12 was "delayed".
There had been some bad weather so I waited until another couple of weeks of snowstorms passed. Then when I went back to the tracking page it said my shipment had been marked "addressee unknown" which is odd because I get packages regularly at this address from their sister brands.
On March 4th I called the 24-hour "customer service" line and KingSize told me it wasn't their problem, it was DHL's fault, but DHL might be holding the package for redelivery. Then they gave me a number for USPS. I called USPS and after putting in my DHL tracking number the bot said my package had been returned to sender. I called Kingsize back and then they finally agreed to process my refund, as a CREDIT TO BUY MORE PRODUCTS FROM THEM!!! AAUGH.
I wish I had seen all these one-star TrustPilot reviews before I placed an order with them. Do yourself a favor and get whatever you need elsewhere.
Horrible customer service
Placed an order way back last year that was supposed to come express shipping, all of a sudden it's back ordered, expect it after Thanksgiving, then January, then MARCH... Then after all of that, it's just cancelled because they can't fulfill it, but here's a 25 percent off coupon... Oh... But it's only good for the next 5 days... AFTER STRINGING ME ALONG FOR MONTHS! I purchased a pair of pants from this business, and they appeared fine upon arrival. However, after only one wear, the stitching along the seam came apart, leaving a hole in the pants. I contacted customer support to request a return or replacement, but was told that because the item had been worn, it was not eligible for return—even though the damage was clearly due to a defect.
The agent I spoke with stated there was nothing they could do to assist me. As a result, I was left with a defective product and no resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this business, as they do not stand behind the quality of their products or provide meaningful customer support.

They are having major computer problems ,when I ask Ann to speak to she told me there was NO supervisor is not there and when I told her there had to be supervisor there ,then I was told they were not aviliable. Ordered 3 pair of pants 36x38.
One of the pairs Kingsize sent was 54x36 an obvious Kingsize error.
Upon returning the wrong pair Kingsize charged me the shipping fee for the return, the hemming cost for the returned pants, the hemming cost for the replacement pants and the shipping charge to send me the correct pants.
Kingsize error cost me nearly 3x the price for the pants.
Last order they will get from me.
Order marked shipped but never sent; USPS never received the package
I placed an order with KingSize on 12/14/25 and was charged $158.36. On 12/18/25, I received an email stating my order had shipped. The email listed DHL as the carrier, but the tracking number provided was actually a USPS tracking number.
After investigating, USPS confirmed that the tracking number was created on 12/17/25, but they never received the package from KingSize — only a shipping label was generated. As of 1/13/26, I still had not received my order, and USPS was still waiting on KingSize to tender the shipment.
I contacted customer service multiple times. One representative incorrectly told me to contact DHL. Emails to KingSize customer service bounced back as undeliverable, and their website contact form repeatedly errored out, making it nearly impossible to communicate in writing. When I asked for updated tracking or a refund, I was told I had to wait 20 days from the “shipping” date, despite the fact that the package was never given to the carrier. They also refused to provide anything in writing.
After exhausting all contact options and receiving no proof the order was ever shipped, I had to dispute the charge with my bank, which refunded me for merchandise not received.
Incorrect shipping information, poor communication, and lack of accountability made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from KingSize based on this experience.

Returned 3 items of 3 on 12/18/2025. Today is 01/10/2026. Still waiting for my refund. They told me via chat the items were still in transit. BULLSHIT. I'm done with this company.

As others have said, the clothes are overpriced for the quality. They also engage in scam practices. On every order, they auto enroll you in their "rewards" program. They get the reward and you get the shaft.

Customer Service and Transparency Are Awful
I placed an order not realizing that I was being charged shipping and handling of $20+ on an $80 order. I have been trying to cancel the order since immediately after it was placed and for more than an hour this morning -- I know the order hasn't been shipped or even in line to be shipped. There is no place on the website to cancel and the on the phone line I was the 42nd person in line. Once I finally get a hold of them, I'm confident they will tell me that it is too late to cancel, and then charge me a $10 fee for the privilege of returning it. Never doing business with this seller again.

Way overpriced, they ripped me off on the free shipping that they advertised. When I called to tell them about it they said I didn't notify them within the 24-hour period that was never mentioned anywhere. I made a purchase on a Saturday afternoon and called them first thing Monday morning but that wasn't quick enough for them and they said I didn't notify them quickly enough ???
All I can say is this was the second time that I made a purchase from them and both times I had problems. The customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money on this junk.
I saw a full page ad in one of my favorite fishing magazines and decided I'd give them another chance and maybe they changed, but no. I will never purchase from them again.👎
