Worse company going

They didn't handle problems I had with other guards as they were being homophobic towards me and telling me I needed a Muslim husband and not a lesbian wife which I told the manager and supervisor and nothing got dealt with as the supervisor was laughing along with the guards that was bullying me. Applying for another job and this company decide to give a bad reference on me for my bad performance which I had days off because of my mental health and to avoid certain guards which nothing got dealt with. They are a bad company and just want guards that decide to sleep on the job or to flirt with warehouse staff which I've witnessed and staff telling me about it all. GXO in Northampton have the worse guards and manager going.

VAN DRIVER SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE

VAN DRIVER SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE! Had one of your vans sat up my arse tailgating me on m74 tonight in Glasgow. He then proceeded to undertake me at 85 mph then cut up another driver , brake checking. Swerving all over the place and then continued to weave between all three lanes undertaking at around 85mph almost resulting in a major accident.

Totally disgusting behaviour from an employee when represented a company. But then again ur review speak for them selves.

Charged for fault caused by engineer

Had a service visit by an engineer. Within 15 minutes of him leaving we started receiving automated phone calls saying the alarm had activated even though we were in the building. The engineer returned later in the day and said it was a problem with the Comms. He checked with his supervisor and said the aerial needed to be moved and we would not be charged for the work. We then received a bill even though we were still receiving the calls. Two months later an engineer turned up uninvited and installed an update which stopped the calls. We have since received a bill for this as well. We now have quite a large bill for a fault that didn’t exist before the engineer service.

Charged for resets caused by their problems

We had a new intruder alarm fitted at Easter [replacing a 20 year old system maintained by Kings]. We have had lots of problems with things not being done correctly to start with but the most annoying thing is that we now have to ring up and get the alarm reset if there is any fault. The new display doesn't tell you what the problem is, when you ring up half the time thay can't tell you what went wrong either and the last time it was because of a comms line problem Kings had, but they still charge us £42 everytime we have to ring them. I have disputed several of their invoices but got no-where.

How can you trust a security company with such unprofessional behavior?

Applied for a senior tech position at Kings that I was qualified for. The interview went very well, I thought, but Kings could not be bothered to feedback to the agency after numerous enquiries. We are talking over 3 week and not a peep. Direct message via LinkedIn ignored. That is incredibly unprofessional behaviour for a professional security company. Best to avoid.

moved to a house with a Kings Security…

moved to a house with a Kings Security monitored alarm - called to set up myself as a new client but they declined saying they aren't taking on any more domestic contracts even though it was the same house but a different bill payer.
Alarm no longer working and independent engineer can't access settings or crash the system so I contacted Kings, explained my problem and because I'm not contracted to them (their decision!) they can't help me - left with an alarm system that is of no use. Very poor show.

Had a terrible visit from a Kings…

Had a terrible visit from a Kings Secure Technologies engineer. Refused to give security details, was denied permission to enter & then refused to leave. Unbeleivable behaviour. Would never tryst again.
