A company with minimal to no aftercare if things go wrong.
Kingsmere laid a resin bonded driveway and garden pathways for me in late 2022. Within a short time some minor cracks appeared in the pathways. However in the summer of 2025 the situation worsened significantly. The driveway cracked from top to bottom and further cracks appeared in the pathways. Kingsmere were notified in August 2025, their company surveyor visited the property and said the cracks could be repaired using resin. Despite continual chasing on my part nothing happened until the end of April 2026 (eight months later!) when Kingsmere finally came and patched, not repaired, the cracks. The patching lasted until the end of June 2026 and cracks are visible again along with new cracks. Kingsmere has been informed but I have had no response to date.
Asking around it seems my experience is not unique. If you do choose this company for your surfacing work remember that there may be minimal to no aftercare if anything goes wrong.
