We feared it was damp and could cause health issues to our kids and hence we had to get it sorted. The crew was also professional, tidy, and clean, respectful of our house. The difference is amazing.

Kingston Preservation did the damp proofing work in our basement and we are satisfied with the outcome. The team was professional, clean and did everything on time. The room is totally dry and can be used. A great service experience at every level.

WORTHLESS GUARANTEE. Further to my review in June 2022 a mould problem which was much worse developed last year. I contacted Stuart who attended and told me the problem was urgent. After several weeks he did the job which was meant to fix the issue, but the mould problem returned within several weeks. I contacted him again. Initially he agreed to return and fix the problem, but after excuses for non attendance he stopped answering emails and has not attended. The mould is spreading through the cellar due to his failure to attend and carry out the necessary work. Unfortunately I am unable to upload photos with this review, but I would be more than happy to share them.
The 20 year guarantee issued appears to be worthless. I would NOT recommend this company.

Are these reviews genuine? Look at the number of reviews in a very short period of time- Stuart must have been finishing a job every 2 days to collect all of these. Plus the accounts have small number of reviews attached- suggesting bots. Stuart still owes me £1000's, a figure because of the court order that gets bigger every month.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kingston Preservation & Alpha Omega Invest. I lost $300, and it's clear now that this is a scam. Their website looks professional, but it's all a front. Be careful—don't fall for the fake promises or the fake reviews they post to seem credible. I trusted them, and they took advantage of that trust. Avoid at all costs!

They sent the report the following day, our solicitor got their report attached to the Home Report, and we got an offer a week later, which we accepted. An amazing service! We had a guarantee with Kingston Preservation to fix the mould in our outbuildings. They came a few times, never stayed more than a few hours and failed to fix the problem. On both occasions they left a mess, lost our house keys and refused to answer our calls. We tried to call them about the guarantee but they blocked my number and ignored messages. Seriously disappointing - avoid at all costs. In process of sorting legally.

Kingston provided a clear, fair quote for damp repairs in out flat and did an excellent job as promised. We highly recommended them and would gladly use their services again.
