Customer service improvement needed
I am afraid I have to rate kin rather badly. Reason being is non existing customer service. I wrote to them via their website in the middle of December 22 and despite chasing again this year, I am yet to receive any response. It was regarding pricey purchase. I made another purchase earlier this year and again when was trying to contact customer service, it took ages for them to respond. They apologised for late response but by then, my question was irrelevant. I don't like being ignored as a customer who spends hard earned money on their goods.
13/03/23 Still no response from Kin.
19/03/23 no response so far. They lost customer in me.
