Don’t expect to taste what you came for. The restaurant is run by people who don’t care.
I send in a complaint about a dish they serve for 189 dkr. I actually ordered it twice because it happens to be my favorite dish - also for my kids. It was the “Beef Redang”. It didn’t look like rendang (more like soup) and it didn’t taste like rendang. I didn’t mentioned it in the restaurant since my kids don’t like this. I proposed to reimburse or invite us and do their best to make it as it should (well knowing there are variations throughout Indonesia). I did this Tuesday last week. I haven’t heard a thing. This is the first time in my life I experience a restaurant who doesn’t get back to a customer. It ruins the entire experience and I advise people who have been to Indonesia and want that genuine taste … don’t go there. Please note that I have nothing bad to say about the people working in the restaurant (even the chef can’t held responsible for the lack of the proper skills). It’s the chain’s management
