Ordered product, never arrived, my emails are ignored.
Basically, this is a scam website - They use a third party to handle the payments.

Do not buy from this company I never got my order, when you phone the number they tell you it’s the wrong number. They told me that it was on the way never received lost £55 do not order from here

I can't stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Plenty of initial help, then fake tracking numbers and no communication. My card company got my money back but it took months. Should to be shut down, utter scum.

Happily take your money, no product will turn up. They ignore all communication. Just absolute scum.

Don't order from this company, you won't receive what you have ordered and won't get any response to emails chasing your order. Then to make matters worse you will then get spammed with emails about special offers etc. It's seeming to be really difficult to get a refund.

Avoid at all costs. No communication after I bought a product that has never arrived. The tracking number I got isn't recognised by tracking companies. The only communication I get now is spam emails from this company

Placed two orders and neither have arrived from this company.
Experienced several excuses, junk email etc. Informed of despatch, including tracking number, but will not inform me of the courier used so I cannot track.
Six weeks on since my first order and still no delivery, complete rip off company.
I too will follow the legal/charge back route now that have stopped responding to any communications.

Sent item back due to seriously bad quality. Still no refund after repeated emails. No response from customer services. Malcolm is the man in charge. Seems to be a scammer

Order with this company. I’m in the process of taking them to court over an item that has not been delivered or received any communication from them. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!!!!

I ordered some toys from this site and never arrived.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME

Exceptionally poor shopping experience. Placed two orders valued at over £300 and charged to my credit card.

Neither order ever arrived, despite one of them being given a tracking number which has never worked.

First order claims it have been sent but tracking number provided does not exist.

Second order not moved from the order placed status

Initially business was very responsive to my contact attempts, claiming that there were delays due to their courier. Days passed and still no package, so I made further attempts to chase the order. I received a reply, this time stating that staff were I’ll and that stopped the order is being processed.

It’s quite obvious that neither order has been dispatched, despite payment being completed and taken from my credit card.

The business now completely ignores any telephone call any email and any web chat correspondence.

I’ve had to resort to a chargeback process and we’ll see what happens from there. 

Item received but after enough time that I thought I had been scammed. Worth the wait due to item quality but a month between confirmation and shipping seems a tad long 😅

Order never received and no response to any communication. Complete scam

2 weeks from purchase. No item received and not answering emails and phone number goes to somewhere else. I’ll be asking my card provider to start a chargeback.

Ordered items from the website on 18th July 2022. Royal Mail Tracking number arrived after about a day or so, yet the Royal Mail website only showed as the item being with them approx 1 week later after I sent a chase email. No attempt from the seller to communicate. Cancelled the order. No refund. Now 31st Aug and still no contact. legal action will commence very soon.

I made an order on their website, and still after 25 days, nothing arrived (and quite possibly never will), they don't reply to the phone and they ignore my mails.
Avoid them !! you will save time and money

Arrived promptly and excellent advice regarding sizing

I ordered items off kinkplay they said 2-7 day delivery after a month and several emails with no responce I had to take them to court to get my £175 back this had the desired effect and cost them an extra £35 costs and this bad review,very bad responce to emails and they think it’s ok to ignore someone and not send goods hoping they will forget about it,be very careful before you buy off these people they don’t care less about there customers and there’s loads of other similer sites who do care for example love honey who run a great buisness and care I should of read there pretty bad reviews before I bought of them I will in future and suggest you do as well as for buying anything from them!!!! Don’t waste ur money unless ur happy to be ripped off.

Seems like a scam - have taken my money but they have not sent any goods. Mailed them several times and got 2 false tracking numbers. Nothing delivered, and now no response when I mail or ring. DONT USE THEM !
