A number of items were ordered, soon delivered and were as described. A minor issue with a missing item was promptly dealt with - I would use again.

Bought a Grohle 3 in 1 tap - boiling water tap does not work, Grohle engineer can't work out why and after 4 weeks still not resolved, no follow up from Kitchen Appliance Centre about the issue. Unacceptable.

Ordered a black CDA tap, best price I could find online and was delivered quickly. Unfortunately when the tap arrived it had a small scratch on it, rang them up and they were very helpful and apologetic. They arranged for a new tap to be sent out and collected the damaged one at the same time very promptly. Would highly recommend. Brilliant customer service and fantastic prices. You can't go wrong. Will use again.

Great prices, would have given 5 stars but only after purchase did I find out they also did the matching splash-back for the CDA extractor and oven purchased and would have got 10% discount, otherwise trouble free and excellent service.
