My wife and I had an excellent experience buying a Kia Soul from Kitchener Kia. No pressure, no upsell, no rush. The showroom has a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere, and the entire process took less than an hour. Aaron and Naomi were both personable, and when it came to negotiating, they made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel completely painless. The vehicle was well prepared, and every feature — many of which were new to us — was explained thoroughly. We left feeling genuinely at ease, which isn't something we expected from a car dealership. We'll be back when it's time for our next vehicle.
