Kitchenfaucet Shop Reviews

Scam website - don't purchase anything and if you have don't be fooled by whats seems to be fake tracking.

As already mentioned no where on the website does it mention that the item is supposedly coming from China which was a little suspicious but not improbable as the taps I ordered (Franke Varenna) are Swiss and I would have expected them to at least come from there or even some European/UK distribution point even if possibly manufactured in China.

Anyway I received a tracking reference which duly informed me it had arrived in the UK but was awaiting customs clearance, then that had cleared customs and was out for distribution ...only for it to apparently disappear.

So I received nothing!

Scam account - stealing credit card details do not buy anything from this site

Charged me more than was advertised, nowhere on the site does it mention China but this is where my parcel is now supposedly waiting to be shipped. Steer clear

It's a con. Stupid as I should've checked before ordering anything. If you go to the about page they haven't even bothered to change the copy from advertising a menswear company to a kitchenware.
