Easy to buy, quick to deliver, inefficient and slow customer service
We purchased a Weber Q3200 Barbecue at Kitchen One the 31st of May. Although the price was higher than in other online shops we chose to buy it here because of the good reviews. The process went really smooth and the bbq was delivered within a few days. The bbq came from Sweden and had the gas tube already mounted with the Swedish gas regulator but fortunately it came with an extra package containing the danish one. The instructions for changing the tubes are precise and clear but the manifold torn apart the moment I tried to unscrew the Swedish gas tube. I sent right away a request through Kitchen One service, explaining the issue and attaching a few pictures of the broken piece, and after a week I got the first answer which was just to ask more information (the BBQ serial number and model). I replied back with that information within minutes. Today, two weeks later, I haven’t been offered any solution yet, and I just have a gorgeous but useless bbq in the balcony.
Edit: After some back and forth, we are going to get a new one. Communication can improve but their Danish customer service wanted always to help.

Good price - unreported delivery delay.
Good price. Good product.
Only found out by their confirmation e-mail that delivery would take 3 additional days - it was not written on their site. In the end 1-3 working days turned 5.

The range of items that Kitchenone has will satisfy any serious cook. They delivered quickly and the cost of the handblender and vegetable mill I bought was the cheapest I could find anywhere.
