Painted my windows and doors in July 2025. Front door started peeling in different places by December 2025. Pearce ignored my messages for weeks until I sent an email saying I would escalate. Promised to get to me in a couple of weeks but didn't. After further contact he booked me in for April 4th. No show, and no contact since. Advice for others, do not touch this company. I am paying to get it fixed by someone else and have been advised by trading standards to recoup through small claims court.

What a complete mess made of Windows and doors. Lots of paint has reacted against the upvc, parts of windows and doors haven't been painted. They didn't even bother to remove the masking tape from the windows. There is overspray everywhere, they have destroyed my vertical blinds. I have tried to contact them for 6 weeks now and keep getting reasons why he can't come to.look at these issues. I am now going to have to get another company to come and fix.the mess. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't like to see what sort of job they do.in a kitchen, I sm sure the overspray would.be everywhere. Please check reviews on this company before getting any work.don

Absolutely shocking company, messed my kitchen up not once but twice!! 1st time they did a really poor job, looked like no prep work, chips, poor coverage, it looked terrible. We give them a chance to fix it, but now my kitchen is 2 different shades of grey, poorly painted and a split in a few doors and drill holes in my solid oak kitchen but to name a few things. The way Pearce speaks to his customers and staff is absolutely disgusting!! Whst he called me because I want my money back was vile!! AVOID THIS MUPPET!! Other reviews from other customers on there other Yell account (has now set up a second one).
Also check out FB (not their page as they don't allow reviews) and block you if you post photos of there actual work. Lots of others have.
