Absolutely thrilled with our kitchen and media wall we had done with Lee. From start to finish, Lee delivered every request we put to him (there was alot of instagram/ pinterest inspiration and he sourced everything we wanted and even suggested better alternatives). The whole project- including the fitters, have all just been a dream to work with. Really well organised, we got a 3D CAD plan to show how the space would work, which was really helpful and they had all different combinations to fit your space how you use it. Everything was really flexible! Over the moon we went with this company! Even better that they're local to Barton! Highly recommend!!

We absolutely recommend GB Kitchen and Bedroom studio. They have fitted two sets of wardrobes for us, and most recently completely transformed our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the finished results on all three jobs.

The kitchen in particular involved a complete redesign of the space which presented its own challenges in terms of layout, plumbing and drainage. Lee and Ollie listened to our requirements and gave excellent advice and were happy to do any number of redesigns and tweaks of layout, colour and doors. The VR visualizations they provided were very useful in ensuring the design was right before committing to the installation.

Throughout the work all of the tradespeople and fitters were professional, clean and tidy. Pete and Jordan who were fitting the kitchen were sympathetic and flexible to our needs and installed everything to a high standard, taking care of the plumbing, drainage and electrical work. The flooring team from J Smith Flooring did a fantastic job levelling out and installing flooring through two rooms which initially had a significant height difference. The plasterer (Richard Colgrave) had an obsessive attention to detail, and his high quality finish gave the decorator (Adam from Detailed Decorators) a fantastic base on which to decorate, again to such a obsessively high standard.

Most importantly Lee and Ollie go above and beyond to rectify any issues, however large or small. For example, we had a unfortunate manufacturing defect that affected most of our doors, and they arranged for a representative from the door manufacturer to visit to see the issue, which was duly resolved.

Based on our experiences over multiple jobs, and the consistently high level of service and quality of installation received in every instance, we would not hesitate at all in returning to GB Kitchen and Bedroom Studio for any future work (although we are starting to run out of rooms that they haven't yet applied their magic to).

Our experience with The Kitchen and Bedroom Studio was excellent.. The team went over and above expectations to ensure we were happy with the kitchen and the service provided. On our first visit Lee explained how the process of buying a new kitchen would work, showed us the different kitchen styles they had and found out what we would like. He was very calm and patient whilst we were undecided. He then measured our kitchen and gave us a quote. The service we were welcomed with was exceptional and stayed with us until we were ready to order our kitchen nearly 2 years later.
The fine service continued, whilst we went through the design process again, during which Ollie was happy to accommodate last minute changes to the plan.
Pete who was doing the fitting was friendly and professional. Apart from the sound of the machinery, he worked so smoothly we could barely tell he was there. He kept the areas he was working in tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a few small issues - A short delay in the fitting start date which couldn't be helped but was started as soon as Pete was available too. There was missing cabinet door, a wrong drawer fitted in but that was rectified without any problems, after speaking to Lee and Ollie.
We are really pleased with our kitchen and the service we received from Lee and the team. We highly recommend them for an outstandingly friendly and professional service.

We would not hesitate to recommend Lee and team. From our first visit to the showroom to finishing off our project, the service, attention to detail, appreciation of our needs, and general quality was excellent.

Lee’s experience was evident in designing our new kitchen, where the initial design aligned exactly with our wishes and our ambitious timescales for getting the works completed was accommodated, with regular communication and updates provided. The quality of the kitchen products are also exceptional.

Lee’s fitting team, led by Derv, were absolutely fantastic and we can’t praise or thank them highly enough. They worked under tight timescales but delivered our project to the highest standard, whilst accommodating the programme around our family needs. Our toddler was still asking after Derv weeks after completion which demonstrates the personal touch and care that was provided.

Thanks again, and we are looking forward to Kitchen & Bedroom Studio delivering further works for us in the future.

Friendly and professional service. The whole team listened to what was important to us in the installation of our new kitchen. Work was completed on time and reassurance given to make contact directly with them with any problems. Kitchen units are of a high quality with an extensive guarantee provided. Great personalised service, better than you would get from the larger kitchen providers.

We ordered our wardrobes in Dec 2023 fitting started in Jan 2024…we paid approx 10k , the fitting went well apart from a few scratches on the doors. Replacement were ordered and now over 9 months later we are still waiting for this to be resolved…they have delivered 5 separate doors everyone scratched , I’m sure it’s the same door each time..THEY SIMPLY CANT BE BOTHERED…NO COMMUNICATION, I AM HAVING TO CHASE ALL THE TIME..
They take your money but can’t be bothered to resolve issues…it’s looking like court action …I would avoid at all costs

Kitchen and Bedroom Studio and Interior View have just completed my kitchen which I have to say has turned out even better than I could have imagined. Lee, Rachel and the installer Derve have all been fantastic, going above and beyond at every stage of the process from the initial visit (where I had no intention of buying a kitchen!) through to the design, planning and installation. I love my new kitchen so much I know I’ll spend most of my time in there, it’s truly put my kitchen back into the heart of our 400 year old cottage. The attention to detail has created a space so clean and bright but so sympathetic to my grade 2 listed property, to say I’m thrilled is an understatement! Thank you Lee, Rachel and especially Derve for your care and expertise. I’d 100% recommend Kitchen and Bedroom Studio to deliver you your dream kitchen!

Extremely Satisfied

After visiting two high end kitchen suppliers, and not entirely happy with their service, I decided to pop into my kitchen supplier in South Woodham Ferrers.

What a difference! Immediately I felt at ease - no one was following me around the showroom, they just left me to wander and view the displays. My husband was equally impressed with the standard of the kitchens and how helpful Troy was and never once hassling us - only to ask if we would like a cup of coffee!

After several visits we decided on colour and design and arranged for Troy to visit and measure up. The design and layout of our new kitchen was just what we wanted. We also had some structural work done and that involved the builder Marc coming out separately and again he was very helpful.

The work started and everything ran smoothly throughout the whole 8 weeks.

We cannot say how pleased and satisfied we were with the finished project and the professionalism we received from both the Kitchen Design Company and the builder Marc Sullivan.

Would thoroughly recommend this company!

Plenty of choice. Good quality of construction. No hard sell. All members of the team very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick to respond to queries. Use a very professional kitchen fitter and was expertly fitted. Very pleased with the kitchen units. (We wanted to live with the new kitchen before leaving a review). Highly recommended and have already recommended to others.

At the first consultation at their shop, they were very friendly and listened to what we wanted and gave some excellent advice over a cup of coffee. We visited other kitchen retailers and they wanted us to set a budget; of course their quote was just over what we intended to spend. With Kitchen & Bedroom Studio, they didn't ask this question and just went ahead and helped us design our kitchen.

The work to install the kitchen started on the planned date. There were a few issues with some parts not being delivered, but that didn't stop the work. During the build, they made sure that we had use of the kitchen emetise such as cooker, sink etc which was a huge plus.

During the build, there were a few little issues, the key one being the tops not cut correctly, but this was dealt with quickly and professionally. I think the main issue was the tiler using grout between the worktops and the wall. Within a week or so, the grout cracked and stained. A silicon seal should have been used. But this has been dealt with.

Overall, I think the service from the purchase of the kitchen to the completion of the build was professional and a friendly experience. I would certainly recommend them.

Kitchen and bedroom studio in barton le clay provided me kitchen and wardrobe that i colud proudly show off to my friends, they are very professional and patient with me especially since i kept changing my design . Troy and the team made it a great experience. We arranged a new kitchen, utility room and wardrobes in 4 bedrooms all at the same time and he tried to rapidly fit us in to make sure we had somewhere to hang clothes as quickly as possible. The quality of the fittings was excellent. The look after completion is exactly what we were after. Whilst there was some delay and minor issues with appliances which were all about the manufacturers, Troy dealt with those in the best possible way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a job well done and would always return myself.

Troy offered an amazing service from start to end (and beyond). His help in the design of our kitchen was insightful, after really listening to us, Troy really gave suggestions which helped make our kitchen perfect! We couldn’t have been happier! The installation was seamless and mess free - we are very happy customers and recommend Troy and the kitchen and bathroom studio to anyone we know, we recommend him highly. Troy even came out months after instal to give some guidance on cleaning (he threw in products for free to help us) his kind and supportive nature make our customer experience second to none! Our parents have also had their kitchen and now bedroom completed with Troy, he was careful to listen to what they wanted and offered guidance when needed. A true gentleman! Thank you so much! In future if we decide to do any work on our house, we want Lee & Rachel to manage it for us!! They made the whole process of designing agreeing and installing our new kitchen a painless and enjoyable process. Every contractor we had , from new floor to electrics to installation were totally professional and a pleasure to have on site. We were looking for a good quality kitchen and appliances that were reasonably priced and a from a company that was experienced in refitting and installing all elements including decoration. The Kitchen Studio took care of everything and managed all trades. Their fitter was particularly helpful and was able to customise some units to our specific requirements. E.g coffee machine cupboard. There were one or two unavoidable short delays due illness, but we were very happy with the products and the service and would definitely recommend them.

We are extremely happy with our recent kitchen installation - the kitchen and bedroom studio managed everything end to end, including knocking down a wall, bricking up a doorway, plastering, flooring etc - it was great to have one main point of contact to go to. Lee and Rachel were very patient with the design and all of the questions / changes, and Pete and Jordan worked extremely hard and are very knowledgeable with the fitting itself - there was never any problem that couldnt be worked around. Thanks to everyone involved, would definitely recommend! :-)
