KitchenTime.se rectified the situation after a poor review
An update of the review below. After my review, the company has made another delivery arrangement and we have received the order on 16/12. I'd give them credit for responding to a customer's review.
Original review: "We ordered 2 items on 27/11. They were supposed to be delivered on 28/11, in time for our Christmas dinner. 2 weeks have passed and Kitchen Time never gave the items to the shipper Budbee, as shown in the shipment tracking. Email was not answered. Called on 2/12 and the company said they would contact the shipper - and finally replied to the email afterwards. Then nothing happened. We will contact Konsumentverket, the Swedish Consumer Protection Agency for advice."

Delivery went wrong, very slow helpcenter, but eventually received my order.
According to the track and trace, the package was delivered while it was not. I contacted KitchenTime but only got a reply after 1,5 week. They said they would investigate it and didnt hear from them, so I had to contact KitchenTime. Eventually the order was resent and received in good state.
If people are wondering (like I did): KitchenTime is a legitimate website. Their customer support can be just quite slow.

Non stick frying pan
I bought the Torino green pan & am very happy with it. It has a ceramic non stick surface so I can cook using minimal oil. I like that it’s dishwasher safe.

Decent value-for-money ratio. The bowls do not fit well on the top of each other, so require more space to stack them. But otherwise, the plates look nice, and fit our expectations.
