Horrible experience

On 18th March, I placed an order on this website for a kite to be delivered in the UK. I paid approximately 11 euros for the kite and 8 euros for delivery, then waited for the confirmation email, which never arrived.

The following day, I contacted customer service to inquire about any issues. They stated they would contact a colleague but provided no further information.

On 22nd March, I sent another email requesting an update, yet received no response.

After a week, I called again. This time, customer service informed me that the order would be cancelled due to insufficient payment for UK delivery, despite money having been deducted from my bank account as per the website's instructions. I provided proof of payment.

Subsequently, Vincent Jansen, purported owner of the website, sent an email claiming non-receipt of payment and alleging "verbal misbehaviour" towards a female colleague. He declared a block on future orders and demanded a written apology, threatening further action.

This situation is unacceptable, and I intend to seek advice from UK authorities regarding potential recourse.

I categorically refute any allegations of misbehaviour. Should evidence be provided, I urge its disclosure; otherwise, these accusations amount to slander.

In conclusion, I advise against purchasing from this seller, particularly for orders outside the Netherlands.
