Quick shipping but careless packing

I purchased an f-one hydrofoil. It was shipped loose in a cardboard box with no packing material and as a result one wingtip was damaged. I can sand the tip down and the foil will be useable but it was totally unnecessary, some paper or foam in the box with the foil would have prevented the damage.

Beware Additional Costs

Like several other reviewers have mentioned be careful with the additional delivery/customs costs. I bought a wetsuit from here for £90, unfortunately I needed to return as it didn't fit well and the return cost is £35. As others have mentioned better to have spent an extra £5 and bought from a UK supplier in the first place. Delivery charge issues like this should be highlighted when you purchase

However, we would like to clarify you that all orders with delivery outside the EU do not include VAT for this reason customers are asked to pay taxes and customs duties upon delivery. For customers ordering on Kiteworldshop from outside the EU (including UK from January 2021) We would highly recommend that you check your national import policy. It is essential that you evaluate a budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay. Kiteworldshop is not responsible for these charges and if they are due you will be contacted by your customs office.
Regarding returns, we also would like to inform you that the return procedures are clearly indicated in our return policy ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal, which states that all costs related to return shipping (expenses and duties in the case of returns from outside the EU) are in charge of the customer.

Amazing customer support by Elena and Cristina, attentive, kind and commited to my needs and demands, also super fast delivery within a few days of ordered, even before the initial estimate. Product price and quality as expected, the boxing and box sealing could be better, but nothing that jeopardized the item or the safety of the goods.
