Product is of great quality and there is plenty of communication, they just seem to take too long to produce.

Thanks Sean, much appreciated.
Excellent quality and service
Excellent quality and service, I’d been informed there could be a delay of a couple of weeks sending me my tags, which wasn’t an issue, however the tags arrived well inside that time frame and almost inline with normal despatch timing given. The tags are high quality and robust

Excellent products
Excellent products, obviously hard wearing. Clear and identifiable from a distance. Expensive but I suspect they will last many years and in tough environments (from my experience so far). Excellent customer service via email.
Only request would be for a bit more info on the order process (automated emails for order recieved, in production and then dispatch)
