they voided two games which i paid with my cash winnings 5 pounds each thats 10 pounds and then locked the funds saying the technical team will put the money back shortly so i waited till the next day and logged on my account and they still did not refund me my void bingo games for 10 pounds which i deposited from my own bank with my own money so i asked them on live chat saying i want my money i won back in my account and they told me to wait another 1-2 days for the technical team so refund my bingo ticked thats 3 days for two 5 pound void bingo games in there bingo room and then they cut the live chat off and Locked my account so they still have my money which i paid with m own cash 10 pounds and htne they locked my account and removed all forms of contact infomation

deposited 5 fiver for the offer get 25 bingo bucks all started well won a Full house got 50 pounds but you have to wager 70 pounds on the site before you get any money out i bought 7000 + ticket all 1p with the 70 pounds and won Nothing thats 7000 thousand bingo tickets and did not even win one line if thats not a SCAM i dont know what is and after that i had my 5 pounds left they voided 2 games in a row and stole the 5 pounds that i deposited so at the end off all that you loose money not win anything its a scum bag site owed by corrupt money laudering company the fbi or money laundring services should be investigating this one there laundring Hundres of milllions in real cash and probaly paying out to fake dupe user that they creat to keep you money

7000 thousand tiuckets - 5 pounds SCAM

I self excluded my self because my money keept disappearing too many times game crashed. Today I wanted give another try and they told me I can't reopen the account till 2028. The whole site is a joke definitely won't recommend!

Let me deposit £800 in a day with no questions asked! Done 75p/£1 stakes, in this £800 I got two bonus rounds paying me £11 both times! DISGUSTING! They also only send an automated email ‘checking in’ after you’ve lost and closed your account!!

I’ve been a member with this site since it’s birth and in all that time I have had 0% problems, every query answered/resolved and not once in all the years ever got bored of the site. Great bonuses low wagering constant freebies , extremely polite champions who are all superb at what they do. Others may disagree to my own personal experiences and may not have had such good fortune but that’s great ( for the site ) it only makes it better.

I am so discussed with the customer service I have received following winning a promotion.
I won a £50 fashion voucher on the 16th March and I am still yet to receive it.
I was informed via phone call after several live chats on the 24th March that I would be emailed into later than 30th March.
After calling today 1st April this has apparently changed again to 28 days from winning the promotion.
After 7 combined live chat and phone calls every bit of information had been different.
They are quick enough to take your money to be in these promotions but not to pay up when you win.

Total waste of money. Deposited £10 to get the £25 bonus, the promo code is no good, it is not valid, very slow to load and even unable to claim the daily free spin.

Update: finally got deposit back after several more days and only when threatened to go to gambling commission as they were still asking for more details which were not a legal requirement and clearly them being awkward. DO NOT USE

I had £30 and i played on casino and i received multiple internal error and i had to start over playing again and again.
Now they will investigate and they will give me just the voided rounds wich are like 8-10 so that’s probably arround £5 from £30 that i played and the slots reseted after a couple of spins wich is well know that after a couple of not winning spin the chances increase to get a win.

Used a £5 slot bonus at 8.46 am one day and later that evening won £100 of which was all taken away by the next morning. Customer Service told me i had 24hrs to use up the bonus.. (i do have other things to do in my life other than sit on Kitty bingo all night with my bonus). i am not happy the way this has been done. Excluded myself as i couldnt see where to close the account and it has now excluded me from my Mecca site of which i have been a member for 30 yrs. What a shambles!!!! The app for this is also not very good.

Someone has created an account under my name without my knowledge or permission, I contacted this company to have the account closed and cease any further attempts to create one

What REALLY annoyed me is I requested a SAR (subject access request) to see what data they have on me and how they obtained it. They refused and this is illegal, under the data protection act you HAVE to provide the information requested by law.

I could very well be a victim of identity theft and this company doesn't care.
