It was easy to order, the change due to tariffs was communicated to me quickly, and the item got here within a week. The kitties are happy!

Fantastic customer service

I placed an order and re-orded by mistake and did not realise kittyglitz gave me a call to ask if the duplicate order was genuine or not when they could have just taken the money and sent it out this is what customer service is all about bravo to the kittyglitz team

I've used this 'Kittyglitz' company 3 times up till now and have had no problems at all. Their products for cats are superb! The company appears very organised and l don't think in my opinion that they need to improve. l am very pleased with the products that l have bought!
