I love your products
I love your products. The shoes are good quality and stand out. Areas of improvement.
1. Customer service - please keep your lines open for communication. I have had 2 instances where I tried calling the whole day and the phone went unanswered and no response to messages on Whatsapp yet I had received a wrong shoe size and I did not know how to proceed about It.
2. Communication/Information - I have ordered the bahari print shoes twice. The first time I was informed at the very last minute that it's not available. That's okay for it going out of stock and it's understandable, however when I placed the order it was available online, secondly I had called and requested to have the shoes delivered on a specific date since I wanted to gift someone on a particular day and the person I spoke to said she'd see to it only for me to get a message the day before saying it's out of stock.
I would prefer knowing it is out of stock from the website before ordering so that I decide whether to order a different print or not to order.
