Great customer service. My item failed to arrive even though Royal Mail said it had been delivered. I contacted the company and they could not have been more helpful and sent a replacement by express delivery. Many thanks

I don’t know why my Fred Perry bags look very cheap. And the material is very thin and look very cheap . They are different from my friend’s bag of this brand which bought from another retailer. Anyone else order this brand from this website ?
If I could update this review , maybe I should add that after reaserching on the internet, it seems that quality of this brand is dropping and many customers have experienced the same thing as me. So it might be authentic bags from this retailer but the brand itself has decreased the quality. And the friend’s bag was bought some years ago.

Ordering from the KJ Beckett website was very seamless. My beautiful leather jacket arrived nicely packed. The leather is just amazingly soft and it fits perfectly. I would definitely order from them again.

The communication from ordering through to delivery was really good, they explained that the goods would take about 3 days to be dispatched and hoped that this would be okay for me. The goods arrived beautifully wrapped, I felt I’d had real old fashioned service. Thank you

Excellent customer service, immediate response to my query regarding colour of the bag delivered vs colour on the website. David was very helpful and supportive arranging for an exchange without further cost. Very impressed, would shop here again.

It was not straight forward for me at least, exchanging items for another size etc,

The Bruhl trousers were a perfect fit and an interesting colour. I am already enjoying an existing pair purchased elsewhere and hope these recent ones will be as comfortable.

Great experience with this company. First time I have placed an order with them and I am very impressed. I ordered a "Powder Kimono" at a great price in their clearance sale. I paid for the next day delivery and I was kept informed every step of the way. When I had occasion to email them re tracking the email was replied to promptly and I was given a tracking number. David was very helpful and communicated really well. The kimono is beautiful and the quality is as expected from a reputable make "Powder". It is a gift and I know the recipient will be very happy. Would highly recommend this great British company.
