I recently ordered from K&J Magnetics and the experience was excellent. The order was processed quickly and shipped via DHL Express. It arrived in just two days, which is impressive considering it was an international delivery.

The magnets were exactly as described, properly packaged, and in perfect condition. The specifications on the website are clear and accurate, which makes selecting the right product straightforward.

The only improvement I would suggest is offering a more economical shipping option for customers who are not in a rush. Express delivery is great, but having a slower, lower cost alternative would be appreciated.

I have ordered from this company several times and I understand it is a small business. I sure hope they survive despite competition from places like Amazon. Customer service is awesome! They have never messed up one of my orders when I have needed magnets for various projects. I've always used the regular shipping because it's cheaper and reliable. The other shipping options are too expensive so don't choose them if you're trying to save money. You'll see your options after placing your order so be careful to choose the cheapest option. I'm a very satisfied customer and I definitely hope this business survives. Magnets are awesome!! Wide selection of many different shapes, sizes, and varying degrees of strength. I love this place! Forget about this company. They don't even offer phone support. And their prices aren't that great either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

always quick with shipping and delivery, excellent safe packaging, plenty of stock of a variety of sizes and shapes, provide a discount special every month, no minimum order.

I recently placed an order with K&J for 160 magnets for over 2000 dollars
I have placed orders be before and have been generally satisfied my recent experience was different however this time I never received my order I sent email 2 and 1 voice message to K& J I cancelled the change with my credit card because I never received the order
I received a call from the shipping company stating that they basically have the right to steal

I will never order from k& J again
I recommend no one else does as well

I wish I saw the negative Yelp reviews. The exact same thing happened to me where their magnets broke upon arrival. I emailed them and they said their magnets are brittle and there's nothing they can do. They definitely will take your money but not back it up. I know it was defective because I dropped another one in the same batch on concrete and that one didn't even get a scratch. I do not recommend.

Excellent magnets, excellent prices, and they are in fact real, they delivered what i paid for and they have dividers to help with separating the strong magnets. They have numerous shapes and configurations. Thank you K&J!
