Ordered two Braun bedside clocks which were delivered the next day. However, one was found to be faulty (these things happen and not the fault of KK). I followed their instructions - return label immediately sent and I returned the clock postage-paid. I received a perfect replacement the following day! Excellent service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, you are definitely going to be wasting your time and money this company.
Had one invoice confirmation from them, with no update on my order would be delivered.
Like legitimate company’s behave, 3 emails later and no response from them.
I wish I would have read all of these reviews on Trust Pilot.

£25 gone.. ordered Sony radio months later nothing but excuses AVOID

I bought a sony player from them over a month ago. It was defective and never worked. I returned it almost 4 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund and response. Certainly would not recommend them snd am wondering if I will ever get my money backed

Further to my previous review enquiries reveal that my return was received by them on 4/9/21 !!
Several further emails sent and ignored it appears that this company are happy to provide a return label, receive the return and then keep the item and fail to refund🤔
I have now just resigned myself to the fact that they are a sham and will reimburse the £15.50p, yes £15.50 to my 87 year old farther myself.
Sad times!!!

I bought a burr coffee grinder via eBay which I already love and I got it for a great price. Communication and delivery all excellent so I would recommend them and I would buy from them again.

I bought a DVD player from KK Electronics via Amazon. It didn't work properly. The company sent me a returns label and processed the refund quickly. No problems, no complaints.

bought dynamic flashlight relay for my car, it turns out that there are wrong sockets on them. Have sent 4 emails to them for 2 weeks and, have not received a response to one of those. Then I wrote that, when I did not hear from them, I would like to return them, and money back, still havent heard anything from them......

amateur company, never buy anything from them again

Bought an Olympus dictating machine from them. Price very competitive and item was delivered less than 24 hours after order. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

It's an easy to use site but not well advertised. I only found this store when i was on play.com. However their own site is very easy to use and i ordered my goods in no time at all! BUT, they were advertising a product on play.com for £13.49, which was only £12.99 on their own site (not much difference but 'every little helps') This might be comission for play.com but i find it wrong that the same seller sells the same item at different prices.

The item arrived safely and speedily.
