My relative has been using Klarity Tax for a number of years and has always been pleased with the way they handle her account. They are quick to respond to any query and Mark Olley especially managed to sort out an issue with HMRC regarding a Capital Tax refund that had got lost in the system.

Helpful Self-Assessment Advice
The people I worked with at Klarity were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They helped me understand and complete a self-assessment tax return, and review my PAYE coding notices. The price structure of the services offered is fair, clear and understandable.

It appears we quoted to provide you with our opinion on how your situation would be treated. We spent several hours reviewing the comprehensive documentation you supplied and speaking with you to ensure we understood the situation fully, so we could make our assessment and provide you with our opinion on how your matter would be dealt with by HMRC. We can only provide such opinion based on regulation/law at that time and sometimes our opinion will clarify a position or identify a better approach, however once fully understanding the history of your case, we arrived at the result of clarifying your position, inline with your initial thoughts, our resulting report would have solidified those and provided you with the secure knowledge how your situation would be dealt by HMRC and therefore how tax would be applied. Pensions LTA in the aftermath of repeal of the Law
Klarity have a 'can do' mentality, and in depth knowledge of UK Tax code and systems, and experience with how of to get results for the client. It remains to be seen how effective this is, hence the 4 stars rather than 5, for the moment.
