Competent
After an initial telephone meeting with a Klarity tax adviser, we decided to go ahead with them.
However, the original tax adviser left them before the project started, but Klarity provided a very competent replacement who completed the job within the timeframe.

Satisfactory overall
Satisfactory overall, perhaps a thorough final review of the Tax Return to eliminate typo's and client provided information compliance would improve service further. Continuity with individual who prepared prior Returns where possible would also improve process.

We always have another tax advisor review tax returns before they are issued from a technical/tax position point of view, I will let the team know to watch out for typos though. To ensure we reduce delays in issuing tax returns to clients different advisor may work a tax case, this prevents things like holidays, sickness holding up turn around times.
