Super, klasse Support

Generally good service and good prices. Sometimes a long wait to reach a member of staff but friendly and helpful when you do.

The customer support was great - a difficult thing to find in Germany sometimes. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful and made the process pretty quick. They corrected a problem that was neither my fault nor theirs and then credited the money that had already been deducted towards my future service contract.

This is a cheap reseller. Most of their clients ended up with them because they wanted a low price and had low quality expectations.

Since Klarmobil is not a mobile operator but just a reseller, they are not responsible for the network quality, which means that whenever network issue arise, they can only relay the information between the end customers and the network operators. This is, of course, inefficient as they usually just provide general answers such as asking you to restart the phone.

I was particularly annoyed by the fact that after talking to their customer support they sent me an SMS which they ask you to "Confirm" in exchange for receiving 5€ credit. When I asked them if there is anything I should know about this SMS they said: "Just confirm and get 5€". Actually, the link in the SMS is leading to a page asking you to accept commercial communication from them (newsletters, mail, etc.). When I pushed them about the real reason this SMS is being sent, they became aggressive and told me to just ignore it if I didn't want the 5€.

Conclusion: low prices, bad service, bad customer service, shady business practices.

I recommend to everyone to try klarmobil.de service who never use before. I believe that nobodies will not unhappy with klarmobil.

I hope that my review will help the other to stay away from this company. For 2 years they were charging me some extra costs which I wasn't informed about and in addition they lied me about the free international calls when in fact I had to pay for them quite a lot. I wish I could stay away from them but it's too late...

Klarmobil hires IDIO.S and LIARS !!!!!!!!!!!.
My 2 contracts have finished and I decided to don't sign of new contracts with Mobilcom-Debitel, because this company fuc..d me up 2 times in the last 4 years. I lost an opportunity to get a 2 new mobile phones with better tarifs, because, they forgot to send me an offer (just to highlight ... I contacted them every time minimum 3 months before contracts end). After a couple of days I got a call from a someone who introduced himself as a "Mobilcom-Debitel" employee and offered me very good conditions (KLARMOBIL is a MOBILCOM-DEBITEL's doughter company). I said OK ... after couple of days I received a contract for my wife's mobile from KLARMOBIL ... FUC..NG LIARS.
My wife‘s mobile was connected to the network on 12 of April. In rthe meantime I signed a new contract with KLARMOBIL for me. .... and I am waiting for my mobile, Samsung tablet (special offer) and SIM card since over 2 weeks.
on 7th of May those IDIO.S deactivated my wife's telefon number aned replaced it by my phone number (the same SIM card).
Yesterday (17th of May) I called again and tried to clarify everything. Today I got an email with information, that KLARMOBIL (SHITMOBIL) will replace my wife’s phone number with a new one .

I called again SHITMOBIL, today again and I got an information, that I will receive a mobile WITHOUT a Samsung tablet, because it is too late to get it. Just to highlight I signed off a contract on 29th of April when this offer was still active and this offer finished on 7th of May.
I AM TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO START A COOPERATION WITH THIS POOR COMPANY !!!!!!!!!

It has been amazing experience with KlarMobil and also found very supportive customer care. Would recommend to anyone.

I made a long distance phone call and incurred extra charges. Klarmobil sent me a text saying that they may block my service. Then without any warning they block my cell phone service the next day and demand that I pay them before they restore my service. I transferred the funds right away and they did not restore my service for over 2 weeks and it’s still blocked now!!!! I’m paying monthly payment on time and I can’t even use my phone. Also, if I want to make a long distance phone call, it’s my choice, there’s no reason to block my service. Even I did what they asked me to do and they’re so inefficient and slow and lazy in doing their job. I’ll give zero star!!!!

Awesome customer service !! Always super friendly and solve the problem immediatly. Nothing to complain! App is also super good and easy to manage !

I canceled my contract and what was good was that they eventually properly processed it. Then I got a call from a salesperson who made me an offer, and I said to send it by as I want to read over it. He kept asking me why I wouldn't agree to it on the phone. I told him I want to read over it first. I don't have to justify myself as to why I won't agree to an offer over the phone. I always read things first. Kept asking me why I wouldn't agree. I told him I was getting angry and ended the call. What a jerk.

Would never recommend this company. They started charging me before my sim card even arrived (and it arrived a month late) so I had to pay for one extra month. The following month they decided to charge me 5 euro more with no clear explanation (most of their operators speak very poor German and unable to answer any questions beyond their script I guess).
I have an Internet Flat package and my internet is a bit 'moody' cause that's the only explanation I can find to its working pattern. I think it works only when it wants to which doesn't really match my desire to use it.
I'm with them for 3 month but looking for a new operator right now. Too many problems for such a short time.

Klarmobil just put me for 3 months 10 Euro extra on the bill. The were not able to explain it and after my contract was finished they told me that they can approve it anymore because the german law just allows to save the data for 6 months. This company is full of scammers. Don´t book anything on them. The mobile network is a joke, after using up all mobile traffic it goes down to 64kbit/s which is a joke and not even whatsapp is loading.
1 GB cost 10 euros.
1 GB of slow internet traffic costs 10 Euro.

Ripp of scam company, look ahead to avoid them. The only reason they exist is that people need to be connected.

I have been a customer for 2 years from Klarmobil and have to say everything is disappointing. The reception, the speed but mostly the reliability of the connection is really bad. Normally they would still get 3 stars due to the low prices. However you are literally stalked by the customer service with extra services they want to offer. Super annoying.

Offered a test on internet security for a month (Kaspersky). Tried it and cancelled it that day through the android app. Two months later I notice my bill is a bit higher than it should be, I assume an inadvertent premium-rate call. Nope, I'm getting €5 out of my account because they haven't recognised the cancellation. No special process of cancellation was explained to me at the time. €15 stolen, will add to this review if I get it back but I assume this is how it is supposed to go.
