Klarmobil is well priced and the network seems to run fine. HOWEVER, do not use this card if you are not a English-only as they do NOT offer support in English. The worst part is that when you try to cancel, they REQUIRE a phone call to complete the cancellation. Good luck with that when they immediately hang up if you ask to speak English.

A good service for the money. I would expect to have unlimited internet, as it is in Eastern Europe for less money, but it is what it is.

The service was very difficult to set up as there were technical problems creating my account that were unresolved. I did not receive a response from the support team even after several weeks and I am unable to use the client phone service as the Kundennummer I was given does not work. I was able to activate the e-sim after several phone calls to the main service center (please note that it is difficult to be helped in English) but for other services I am still waiting to be contacted by support, several weeks later...

I am an expat in Germany with basic German knowledge and they use phone calls to sell me products I did not wanted. I did not wanted them and eventhough I decline them with my basic German they are charging me.

Really bad customer service, don´t recommend this company at all.

Later I had a problem regarding klarmobil.de registration. Team resolved issue really quick.

I can get 50 Mbps speed as agreed, I will see network quality over time.

All the steps from order to sim-card connection were perfect and were according to the scheduled time.

Predatory contract management. Will pressure to select certain options, will ignore cancellations or just play dumb. Different hotlines for different requests, they make everything difficult in the hope that the customer gives up. Tried to pin me with a 24m contract despite verbally confirming cancellation. They eventually "allowed" to cancel after they listened to the hotline recording. 3 months of pay wasted, no refund.

This process was really simple. It had a number of different deals at a discounted rate for the 24 months. I made my order for an eSim on saturday, on monday morning it was processed and setting up the eSim took 5 minutes. Really happy with the service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I lost my sim card and had to buy a new one, the first one that I bought they did not deliver either sent information that couldn't be delivered. The second one that I bought, right after it, they said it could not be delivered because they couldn't find my home address and sent me a telephone number to call and deal with this problem. It has been a MONTH and I have had no answer nor help from them (after sending a lot of emails and calling). But obviously they already charged the 2 sim cards on my credit card, while I still have nothing.

I bought a sim card from this company on 27.10.2023. Activating the sim card failed due to their website issues. I sent them a cancellation request on 28.10.2023, as is my right of cancellation. I moved out of Germany permanently and for the past 2 months this company has been sending me invoices because they ignored my cancellation request. Worst mobile company I've dealt with. First time I rate a company 1/5 on Trustpilot

Even though I sent the right Widerruf request in the timely manner they still charged me with the full price. I think I used their sim card for a day or two only.
Too long sim card sending time, impossible to reach the customer support via email or any form of text, very hard to reach the support by phone.
