I used Kleymans Solicitors to provide legal advice on a Declaration of Trust document. The advice given was immediately rejected by the other party. The response I got from Kleymans was ' they don't have to act fairly, and neither do you....'. I was charged over £1,100 for the advice which was of no help whatsoever.
Absolutely terrible. Did work without issuing any costing, I never used any of her advice, I got handed down to a few different people, I gather as they left the firm (not surprisingly)
Then simply issued court papers not willing to discuss the fees!!
In all my years they are the worst legal firm I have come across....
Please stay clear....
Think twice before you decide to work with Stephanie and her covetous firm! She have tried to charge me for work that I haven’t authorised. I emailed her and told them that I was abroad and request answers to my concerns. Soon she got aware that I was aboard she stopped communicating via email and send letter before action with a court claim by post. As I was away I didn’t know about the court and couldn’t reply to the court. The judge awarded the fees to be paid with additional charges.
Got the job done quickly, effeciently and very professionally. I will be back if I need good service
Excellent company, have had several dealings with Stephanie Kleyman and Andrew Needleman - amazing people and amazing company, to the point, very professional, wouldn't use anyone else for any issues, they offer a wide range of services and cater for commercial, litigation, employment, family, property, wills & probate and property law.
Big shout out to an amazing company.
Thank you
