Kloeber - Made To Measure Windows and Doors Reviews 

We had one large Uber window supplied and installed by Kloeber. All the staff are pleasant to deal with, from initial contact, through quotation (Toby was very patient with my many revisions), survey, and then install. Using Kloeber for the first time, we hoped the install would be much better than other companies we've used before and we were prepared to pay more for that hope. Happy to say that we weren't dissapointed. Logan, Callum, and Ben were all courteous, professional and neat. Logan (seemed to be head fitter!) was aware of previous technical discussions during quotation and survey, eg. lugs v direct fix, compriband v silicone, and was happy to answer my questions.

We needed to replace one of our bi-fold doors. We had used Kloeber before and know that the doors themselves are top draw in terms of quality. The company took great care over the planning of the fitting and maintained a very good level of communication with us throughout. On the scheduled day Rees and Dom arrived in good time and immediately got down to work. They brought their own refreshments and no extended breaks were taken. They worked methodically and without complaint (no sharp intakes of breath!!). They were a model of professionalism and efficiency. The fitting was completed in about 4 hours. The tidy up was as impressive as the fitting and left the area probably cleaner and smarter than when they arrived! Overall a great experience for us and an outstanding performance from Rees and Dom.

The bi-fold doors we had installed and manufactured by Kloeber are absolutely amazing, however, bear in mind if any of the glass units become faulty within the warranty period YOU will be paying to have them installed yourself. Their 10 year warranty is NOT as you would expect although it is in "the small print" apparently.
VERY disappointing that you are left to your own devices with the replacement of blown glass or warranty issues.

We intially had kloeber fit sliding doors back in November. Remedial works were necessary, which is disappointing but these things happen. We finally had the replacement slider fitted today and the guys were brilliant. They went over and above, kindly replacing an item which wasnt within warranty. Kind, professional, big big thank yous to Rebecca, Matt, Sam and the very knowledgeable Tony! 5 stars guys

I am a repeat customer and currently have a very large order in place with kloeber.

They have constantly lied and pushed my whole project back, they are utter divas.

Basically they take your money and if you get your windows in less than 3 months it will be a miracle. They lie about dates and will supply you when it suits them.

Despite some initial issues with the fitting of the doors and a long wait for remedial work to be carried out, Rebecca, Tony, Sam & Dan saved the day.

From dealing with Rebecca who was extremely polite, to the team turning up to carry out the repairs the service was exceptional. Tony's knowledge and professional approach reassured us that things would be sorted and they were.

I had new front door and bi-folds installed and arranged by Rebecca, Tony and Sam.
Absolute tip-top service, polite, respectful, friendly and professional, and went out their way beyond that was required to supply and fit my new doors.

Tony, Sam, Marek, Pappy worked diligently and carefully in extreme weather conditions (it was very hot!) to get our beautifully constructed units (KustomSlides, Fixed window, funky front door and casement) fitted this week.
Tony went all out to quickly resolve some unfortunate issues with missing parts/brackets/clips (not the installation team’s responsibility) for an additional exterior doorway and wrong sized glass for another unit and together with Rebecca in the office managed to come up with a final fitting date for the remaining exterior door by the end of the month. This was despite their own schedule being very tight. We too have a tight turnaround in terms of planned on going works and this was clearly taken in to account. Thankyou Rebecca/Tony.
All the installation team work so well together; they are organised, punctual, tidy and respectful going the extra mile to ensure attention to detail. As the missing parts have delayed completion and left one entrance exposed, Tony and Sam even spent some time in the scorching sun constructing framed panels to temporarily secure the entrance.
They also helpfully moved some materials out of our way as my husband had recently had a knee operation making it impossible for him to carry anything.
We cannot fault the installation team’s knowledge, precision and teamwork. On top of that they were friendly nice people who clearly know their stuff and work very hard.
Thanks also to the delivery guys who managed to find us, navigating some very heavy doors via our farmyard with care.

The units themselves are exceptionally well made and they fit perfectly. This is thanks to excellent workmanship and the additional optional survey and pre installation process which we are very glad of.
You may wonder why five stars when things were not altogether as they should be? Well, up to now our experience of Kloeber has been exceptional and while we were initially disappointed that not all the work could be finished, the installation team were so committed to putting things right and the quality so good it is hard to give less. Hopefully we will continue to be proven correct in our review and we look forward to our completion. Many thanks!

Avoid like the plague! I spent £10k’s with them only to have the Uberslide not fit properly. After 3 failed attempts to fix it, they called on the morning they were supposed to be here to say one of the team had called in sick, so couldn’t come, this happened 3 times, with the exact same excuse!!!!!! The last time was over a week ago and no one has bothered to call me to rearrange. What’s even worse is that this was reported to them initially over 5 months ago, it’s taken that long to get nothing done! What a way to treat a customer! Happy to take the money, not happy to fix their mistakes!

Update: After me chasing they've come back with a date a month later for the work to be done! Absolutely unacceptable. If only they cared about their existing clients as much as grabbing money from new clients!

Great customer service. We had Kloeber fit large sliding doors and they were helpful and responsive throughout the process. We had Lee help us through the process and he was really great at responding to all our questions promptly. The doors have been fitted now and look fantastic and work smoothly. Thank you.

Although in the end we decided to go with another company because they could also incorporate our necessary structural glazing into the over project, I highly rate my experience with Kloeber. Chris Jones was my point of contact, and he was kind, knowledgeable, and quick to respond in an honest, personable way to all my questions as I navigated the tricky world of bifold doors!! Who knew it was such a labyrinth of prices, options and different specs?! Chris had my back, negotiated a handsome discount for us as a gesture of goodwill, and generally was all-star. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

These are well made and attractive doors. But their after sales service is appalling. They give a 10 to 14 day response period (not too helpful when your front door is not working). They will not visit to repair or maintain the doors. Once you have paid you are on your own. I was sent a video of the wrong door hinge when mine needed adjusting. Go elsewhere if you want to keep your doors working.

Ordered a new front door - aluminium funky front. This is our second door and frame supplied and fitted by Kloeber. We remain very happy customers. There are cheaper products out there, but this really is a case of “you get what you pay for”. Product is incredibly high quality - great in terms of heat insulation and security - and it looks great into the bargain. Installation team of Tony, Matt, Sam and Darren did a superb job in all respects. Worth noting in particular that the team was punctual, they cleaned up after themselves, pleasant and were very respectful. They also went above and beyond and helped with making good around the frame, removing some old silicone from the bricks amongst other things. Difficult to know how the process from order to install could have been any better. We’re very happy and strongly recommend Kloeber, its products and its team.
