After many problems with a set of fitted French doors Mark and Dan arrived to resolve ongoing issues that had caused the doors to malfunction for years.

Within 90 mins, hinges, brackets and plates were replaced and the door was working as per design for the first time since being fitted!

Have reviewed Kloeber twice before as 5 stars but that was really around the sales and instal process. Since then we’ve had them out a couple of times, fair enough. However, since then I have reported the latest issue of leaks to a window and leaks to an Uberslide (their premium product).
I reported this to Georgina by email and over the phone on 3rd December and heard nothing back. I was told by someone that they were busy and that I may not hear for a couple of days.
I sent a follow-up email on 5th December and heard nothing back.
I chased again on 22nd December and have still not heard a word.
I probably spent around £100k worth Kloeber on windows and doors during my renovation project and they were so attentive during the sales process but I now can't seem to get hold of them.....

Everything went to plan and the Bifold doors and the window/door unit arrived on the date agreed. The Installation carried out by Sam and Matt was first class.

My experience with Kloeber was very good overall. Troy Poleon was a great help with getting the correct spec and pricing, his knowledge was exceptional. Pre manufacture surveying was expensive but very detailed and worth the expense. Delivery and installation was very good the Installers Dan and Merick worked very hard to complete the installation in 6 days working long hours to install at a very high standard.

Post installation we had two incorrect window handles and this seemed to be the difficult part to get right, it got sorted in the end but this stage of the project wasn't as smooth as all the previous stages.

We're happy with the whole process with Kloeber and the end result is exactly what we hoped for.

We are absolutely delighted with our Kloeber windows, doors, bi-folds for our new-build house. Two years on and they are still amazing. Brilliantly designed by Daniel with a mix of aluminium and wood.
Have since had one handle and seal replaced under warranty and we were looked after by Georgina in the warranty department. Her attention to detail and service levels were simply outstanding - she showcases what Kloeber is all about - quality of product and design - and exceptional service. A big thank you to Georgina, the brilliant and friendly fitters and all the team.

We have recently had our kitten done and wanted a new back door to compliment it. I came across Kloeber as they were the only company we could find that would manufacture a bi-fold that would fit our opening. As it was, a survey showed it wasn't suitable so we have a single door and it is beautiful. Troy was brilliantly helpful throughout and the surveyor was great, too. It was well worth the small expense to get the survey done. I will definitely use Kloeber again. Thank you.

I should have heeded the warnings and bad reviews on Trustpilot about Kloeber UK not being an ethical company to deal with. I have paid thousands of pounds for a new front door and waited months for it to be installed at nearly £1000 just for installation.
The installation team attended our property to install the door and noticed that there were defects in the wooden beading on the door. The installers who work for Kloeber said that this was a defect in the wood and suggested we don't complete the installation of the ironmongery on the door as the door would need to be replaced.
It is now 3 days later and I have had an email from Kloeber UK stating that because the door wasn't installed immediately they are not liable for any defects. Their installers witnessed that the door was stored correctly with no pressure on any parts of the wood on the front door and it was completely covered.
We now have a defective front door that we paid £4500 for and Kloeber don't have the decency to do the right thing.
Read all of the reviews and be forewarned about this company. They hide behind the pages and pages of T's&C's to get out of any liability.
The lock on the inside of the door has been screwed in skew. The door lock has jammed twice in 6 days.
Most importantly however the door has been installed too low therefore not allowing a small mat in front of the door. I have never had a door which is so low that it doesn't allow for a coir mat in the entrance.
I can't believe I have been charged nearly a £1000 for 2 hours work from your installers and have these issues to deal with now.

Having an excellent single point of contact (Troy) who took responsibility for all aspects from the first showroom visit through measurements and quotes to fitting and minor post fit rectifications. Great work.

Tony and Sam came to fit our bifold door today. Arrived when they said they would, were very pleasant and polite. No issues, fitters explained the fitting process and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy customers.

This review is directed at the installation team - Tony, Matt and Sam. We have had a bumpy ride with Kloeber in terms of their ordering, communication and follow-up / organisation but the installation team have been absolutely superb and rescued a difficult situation with their service, craftsmanship and hard work.

Logan and Callam came yesterday to adjust our new doors and windows. They were excellent and did a great job. We are very happy with our new windows and external doors which are from Koeber. They replaced all the windows and external door in our house. They look fantastic and we have received a lot of positive comments from neighbours and passers by.

We purchased some large French door and windows for our extension project, we had lots of technical help from the team, mainly Chris Jones. Tricky measurements but we got it all right, very happy with final results.

Kloeber installed a Funky front door for me about 12 years ago. I now have a number of small chips to paint on door frame & lock area. I contacted Kloeber on Saturday to see if they could provide a small pot of the same paint to repair these. I got a call from Nick yesterday saying he could help & I received the paint today. Great service. Thanks Nick

Massive recommendation from me!
My wife and I bought doors and windows with the help of Lee Bowers. He was very patient as we have no building knowledge and Lee took time to understand what we needed and discuss the various options. He was then very good at communicating with us through to delivery and installation.
Several months later we had a problem with a Building Control Officer asking questions I couldn't answer. Lee stepped in and solved our problem (it was a mistake by the BC Officer) but Lee must have spent hours researching and discussing with colleagues. Thanks to Lee Bowers, this is the best customer service experience I have ever had. And it goes without saying I am delighted with the Kloeber windows & doors.

Putting many windows into a complete refurb of a large detached house. Lots of help given with design and making choices. Lots of work to do to agree spec, prepare fitting apertures and discuss/ scaffolding or towers.
Very pleased with quality of the product and the team worked very hard after some issues on the type of scaffolding required.

Richard and Shay from Kloeber came to fit our new door today. Very pleased with how they talked us through what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. They consulted us on several things throughout the fit and left everything clean and tidy. Left us some tools to adjust if needed and touch-up paint. Would recommend them as fitters and also pleased with the door.
