Det er klart, at Klubvin er fokuseret på deres kunder!
Undskyld, men jeg gøre dette på Engelsk. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service from Klubvin DK regarding my purchase of an Amphora wine cabinet. The only challenges came with delivery and, it turns out, are because of the company who delivered it (Dansk Fragtmænd). They simply put it in my garage and did not bother to ring the bell and tell me they were here. My house is such that I cannot see the garage from it. So, there was a misunderstanding at the delivery point. However, when I contacted Klubvin DK they were very positive, did what they could to find out the status - and it is not the fault of Klubvin DK that I got frustrated at waiting for a delivery. The only inconvenience came with trying to move the cabinet into the house. However, all seems to be well. I have cleaned it, set it up and it seems to work just fine:-)
