Scammers! Robbed €3000!!

Scammers! Robbed €3000!!
Do not use Klus en Fix!

I’ve filed a crime report with the Police, my Bank are investigating this immoral company for fraud and my lawyer is busy preparing a case.

I had a blocked toilet and found Loodgieter Martin (Plumber Martin) on Google, it was the first suggestion on Google: loodgieterij-martin.nl. I phoned them and made an appointment for the same day. Two men arrived to my home who were meant to be Plumbers, but they clearly were not! I was a little flustered as my toilet was about to flood the bathroom so wanted the work to commence as quickly as possible.

Before they stared working on the toilet I asked what would this cost - I wanted to know upfront before they began. They explained it was about €140 for the callout fee and for them to “investigate” the problem. I agreed to that.

They took a couple of minutes to “investigate” the problem to then tell me they had to use a special machine to unblock it. This machine would cost €180 per meter. I was shocked at such a price! But I agreed with them to only go two meters deep and then they must stop as I couldn’t afford anything beyond that.

They understood what I said and agreed.

I was working from home, in a different room, away from the toilet.

Approximately 10 minutes later one guy yelled “madam, we’re done”.

They then gave me a bill for €3000 (crooks!!) as they said they had to go 16 meters deep to unblock the toilet. I was shocked at that response considering what we agreed moments early. I asked what was it blocked with and they said “not sure - maybe hair or dirt”. I of course didn’t agree to pay the outrageous bill that they were demanding from me. There was a heated discussion regarding paying the bill as I refused due to explicitly telling them to stop at 2 meters. They then threatened me by saying “I’d have a problem with them if I didn’t pay” and they “knew where I lived”. Frightened, I paid these thieves €3000 feeling completely violated and scammed in my own home. Do not trust these people!

In summary; I contacted Loodgieter Martin to make the appointment, the two men worked for RSS (one guy was named Semmy) but the people who took my money (name on my bank statement) was Klus en Fix.

I am still waiting for these thugs to send me an invoice! Do not use them unless you want to be robbed blind!
