I had KMC install 3 x bidold Origin doors last year and was so impressed with their service that I asked them to install 9 x Iroko framed fixed roof glazing units this year, on a tricky access site.

Service was excellent from planning through to execution and snagging. The bifolds had minor snagging, which they dealt with quickly and fully. The windows were installed (and roof coping stones replaced) on the three hottest days of the year. They did a great job.

Some of the work was amazing but other shoddy. Kitchen sink not fitted straight, kitchen worktop has blown on the joints. Can't be contacted to do snagging list.

Origin bi-fold missing parts of the insulation seal and won't reply to emails

We had two sets of bi-fold doors fitted by KMC. Excellent from start to finish, right from the sales with Steve to the fitting with Ben and his assistant.
The product, by Origin, is very good quality and the installation was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the fitter Ben and he overcame any hiccups that you find when fitting new products to old buildings.
No hesitation in recommending them and definitely our first point of call for our next home improvement project.
