Great selection of products, v fast delivery
Great selection of yarn, reasonable prices too. The delivery was incredibly fast even in corona-times, and the delivery was securely packaged and well arranged to ensure items were safe and secure. Will definitely buy products in the future from them.

Brilliant
I can't praise this company highly enough. I've ordered wool from them several times now, and the speed with which they send packages out is second to none. They are efficient and helpful, with some excellent offers to new customers, plus a point scheme which means if you buy quite a bit of wool you can get money off future orders. They made one little error in what they sent me, and on writing, even though it was the weekend I got a thoughtful and courteous reply within hours, and a quick resolution which didn't involve any effort or cost for myself. If only all businesses were like this.
